Room is big and nice

Locatio is good but insulting not good we can hear the sound from outside

Location for our 1 night. Walking distance to Cite du Vin and Les Halles de Bacalan. Location to the tram.

There was an odd smell in the hallway.

It is the second time we staid here and it is a great location in walking distance from attractions and quick access to highway.

It was advertised with a view of the Pont Jacques bridge, however we got the far end room, 505, that has only a partial view, the rest is roof tops.We paid for parking but there was no spot available when we got there. The options you have is to stay around to move your car when a spot gets available or leave the key with the reception, if you are comfortable with that.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Everything met my expectations and made the stay enjoyable.The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. The options were limited for vegetarians, which might be because there are not many vegetarian visitors. A few more vegetarian choices would make the experience even better.Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is very well located, (I used to live in Bordeaux for 30 years), very clean and comfortable. I was nicely surprised and I already want to come back! The people working there are very nice and there is everything we need for a GREAT stay!

The hotel was new, staff professional, and courteous. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. The bathrooms were the best I have seen in a hotel. Towels fluffy!

The room was noisy. The water was not hot enough during peak usage times. No bathrobes or slippers

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its impeccable service, spacious rooms, and stunning views.

The hotel has indoor parking and is well located in Bordeaux (reasons for booking). The staff was attentive, and the room was ample (actually, too ample). Breakfast was decent.

It is never a good sign when they ask you for a deposit, especially in a 4-star hotel - apparently customer trust is something unheard of for this hotel manager (the deposit was returned, 12 hours after check-out). The toilet and the bathroom were separated in my room, meaning that washing your hands meant a trip around the room (?!). There is no regulating the water pressure, it's just an on-off switch, which wouldn't be an issue in a public bathroom, but in a 4-star hotel rom I would expect to be able to tune the whipping I got from the overhead shower.

Topfloor room had a nice view over the river, very good bed, super breakfast. We had a wonderful weekend, with a nice dinner next-door (fish) and a night out at the Thelonius Jazz Club around the corner.

You could hear everything from the main road which caused lack of sleep every night but none more than the last night (Halloween) the noise never stopped till gone 7am no sleep when I mentioned it to the staff member on the reception she said “yeah it was” so clearly we just had to accept the fact

second time trying this lovely hotel in Bordeaux. Location is top notch. Room was very spacious. windows should be cleaned to enhance the view.

Close to public transport, spacious rooms, nice breakfast, friendly staff.

The drains were a bit clogged, so it look a lot of time to drain the bathtub.

Lovely hotel located next to the tramstop alongside the Garonne river. Spacious and clean room with a huge bathtub. Staff very friendly and accommodating. I loved my room and decided to book a weekend in September for my uncle and his wife.

Windows on the top floor could benefit from some cleaning.
