    Pros +

    • It’s a budget-friendly stay near the train station.
    • This is a very nice hotel conveniently located just steps from the train station, with plenty of nearby parking facilities. Hotels close to train stations are often disappointing, but this one was an excellent surprise — simple, no-frills, yet exactly what you need for a comfortable overnight stay. The room was spacious and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The view towards the beautiful façade of the station was superb, and despite the central location, the hotel was pleasantly quiet. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for a good stopover in Bordeaux with easy parking.
    • The hotel was very convenient to the train station (we had an 8:50 TGV departure). My room was very spacious and clean. There were plenty of electrical outlets for us gadget folks. I was concerned the location might be noisy but the room was very quiet (and my room faced the street). Bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy. Staff were friendly to my befuddled traveler self. The petite dejune was decent, though not outstanding.

    Cons -

    • It’s very much no-frills, and as with many neighborhoods near the train station, the area isn’t the best…but if you need proximity to the station, this one can’t be beat.
    • Not so much what I didn’t like, but if you need to be close to the town center this hotel is a bit far from it.
    • Noisy front facing bedroom. Shower not safe ....did slip on floor getting out of shower.

Location is great if travelling by train. Staff friendly and helpful.

There are stairs up to reception from the street. Room was a bit outdated.

Great location - right in front of the train stationRooms are quite spacious and comfyThe balcony is a plus

We booked 3 rooms — one room did not have a door for the bathroom! The sink clogged in one of the rooms and it wasn’t fixed the next day because the maintenance staff only work in the morning

Perfect location if you travel out of the city or came just for a couple of days. Clean. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast.

It is a very old-style thing. Rooms are clean but dated.

Proximity to train station, trams, and the 30 Direct airport bus.Very friendly staff. Clear directions provided for getting to the sights. Map provided. Would stay again.

Newer blankets and bed cover would improve the room.

Great location across the street from the train station, delicious breakfast and great customer service by Christophe.

We requested a ground floor room and that had been allocated to us. There a few steep steps from the pavement to reception. When the duty receptionist noticed our arrival he rushed to help with our luggage. When we checked out we were also helped back down to the pavement. The hotel is very convenient for access to trains and the tram system.

Location and building character. Staff très sympa.

Nothing apart from a billing issue.

A lovely hotel. We enjoyed our 2 day stay here and it's closeness to both the station and the city centre trams. The staff were very pleasant and in particular the gentleman who checked us in on arrival. His advice on places to eat and visit made our stay most enjoyable. The room was very clean.

Perhaps sort out the shower head! Ours could only be used while hand held!

Characterful lobby, very convenient location for travel connections, very professional, efficient and friendly staff.
