Simple, clean, close to transportation, friendly and helpful staff.

Very comfy bed, the kitchen and 2 tables (as we are 2 people who also have to work remotely), and the updated bathroom. The front desk was helpful, though they didn't allow us late checkout (just 1 hour later than usual)

The bathroom smelled musty and moldy, even though I couldn't find any visible black mold. The shower door was really weird and didn't close all the way, so 2 of 3 showers we took leaked a ton of water into the bathroom. Not enough toilet paper.

The personnel was always super nice and helpful ? They had to change my reservation a few times and I got a nice upgrade that I was able to keep for a couple of weeks.The facilities are very clean and the one bedroom is quite large and comfy.The location is rather convenient, near two tram stops and very close to the "Halles de Bacalan" which looks like a traditional covered market but in fact features many different food and drinks booths.

The price was cheap, but I should have know better - you get what you pay for

The premises were dirty, and the apartment smelled of sewage. The odor was so intense I almost vomited in the shower.

The proximity to the Quais and to the Halles de Bacalan.Two tram stations within 5 minutes of walking distance.The personnel always nice, informative and helpful.

The size of the room was quite small this time, I should have asked earlier for a larger one.

Location is fantastic. Right by the cute du vin and a great indoor street food centre.

Parking was limited to an expensive multi storey.

It didn’t impact our stay, but the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable at all.

Towels were changed daily and bin emptied in room.

Had to go across to Moxy hotel for a takeaway coffee. A coffee vending machine in reception would be a good idea.

Beds were big clean and comfortable. The room has a kitchenette with everything even a dishwasher. Shower was great!!! Plenty of clean towels lIs not 4/5 stars but very good value for money.

Lift was out of order from one day to next.

Some lack of communication to start with regarding the weekly cleaning (as I extended my stay) but it was worked out ?

The accomodation was perfect for our family. The location was great close to lots of cultural attractions and to transport into the city. Everything was spotlessly clean and functional. Staff were great and we are sure to come back

We had a storm at night. The window started leaking water onto the floor. The staff on duty didn't know what to do. He gave me one piece of floor towel to wipe the water, which wasn't enough. Luckily, it stopped at night. We were too tired to move to another room.

The location is great. There're coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Pets are allowed at 7€/night which is great.

The parking is charged at 10€/ day.

Perfect for our group dynamic - we had a studio room and an apartment. Sofa bed in apartment is a fold out and as comfortable as these usually are (!) Both rooms very well equipped, meaning we could self cater for an evening after a 6am flight and a long day of sightseeing. Aircon welcome in 30-degree temps. Rooms aren't serviced every day - towels changed after 3 days, which is environmentally sound.Transport links are fantastic - TBM 3 day pass meant we could use the Bat3 boat as well. Bassin de Lumiere and the Bordeaux Lac beach are both local highlights, burgers at The Moxy Hotel next door are very good too!

Two adults on the sofabed would be a challenge - we had a twin studio with two single beds together which was perfect.Only wine glasses to drink out of, could do with some tumblers/water glasses
