I came to celebrate new years. The room was over priced as was the dinner. Festivities stopped promptly at 1.30 am. At the price paid i expected better value for money.

Amazing hotel. Centrally located (practically next to the Cathedral), quirky design, lovely restaurant and bars, friendly staff and a really cool place to hang out at night, with DJ sets etc.

Nothing negative to report. Had a great time.

Perfect location

Room organization and comfort- little space to store clothes, no plug near the bed - no door for the bathroom- nowhere to put toiletries near the shower. Mattress too firm Restaurant : more than 30 mn to have our order taken, more than an hour between starters and main courses - no apologies at all , totally careless attitude from the waitress.

Bed bugs in one of the rooms !!! The other room without air conditioning and without possibility to open the windows : unbreathable !

We loved the location and the hotel had such a great vibe! The staff was amazing, helping us with everything from helping us find places we needed to be, to printing out boarding passes for our flight. Delicious breakfast and so fun and creative rooms! We are coming back to this place!

Maybe the shower needed a little touch-up, but everything was fresh and clean and honestly it didnt mattee. The room was perfect.

The location, the staff were super friendly and the generally funky aspect to the hotel.

The temperature control on the showers needs to be upgraded. The rooms are.very small, but if you are out and about, who cares?

The staff was fantastic! i got in very late and everyone was wonderful and very nice and helpful. The restaurant manager, Paolo, went above and beyond for me and I was very impressed by his service, the food was good and this place impressed me so much that I brought my friends back the next night for dinner! Rooms were great, so comfortable and very quiet-highly recommend!!

It's fancy and a nice hotel - it was a great stay for 1 or 2 nights in Bordeaux.

Located in the heart of Bordeaux the hotel is not easy to access by car. There is an underground car Park nearby but its not cheap and you still need to drag your luggage over the cobblestones to get to the hotel. Our « designer » room was cramped and impractical notwithstanding an upgrade to a médium sized room. The overall impression is one of drabness.

Superb location and excellent variety of food at breakfast. Room and general amenities clean and well maintained. Generous windows that open fully to ventilate the space. No noise heard from bar.

Air con did not function well - just produced hot air (poor location and circulation) resulting in an extremely warm room* . Owing to hot weather, rooftop bar/restaurant was closed for 2/3rds of our stay. Rooms lack tea/coffee facilities but Inc a microwave which is slightly redundant. * stay during Aug 2025 heatwave so may be anomaly.Street noise very audible (3rd floor) on thur night/early Friday morning.

Tourists that don't know how to behave ...They forget that they are guests and should behave as such .

Staff is great. Upon arrival we got an upgrade for our room. A pleasant surprise. The room is equipped with a fridge which came in quite handy. The is a cool rooftop bar where you can enjoy a drink or two with a cool view. The room itself is pretty basic.

I thought the hotel offered private parking, but you have to park your car in a public carpark.

Staff seemed dismissive. Room not ready. Parking full despite reserving it months previous, sent me to a premium park for twice the price. Charged for a meal I didn’t eat. On check out, still tried to charge me for parking I didn’t have access to.

Our AC was not working well and we were super uncomfortable the 1st night, we called and they said they were going to have colleague call back, but it was later in the evening, so maybe that’s why. The next day they did rectify the situation, however we did sleep in really uncomfortable conditions and it was super hot out those days (over 90F) so it was rough. Other than that, the hotel was nice enough and staff was very friendly.

The Hotel is very well located, super central with local parking close.

The room we booked was a large but only just big enough to walk around the bed. There was only one towel though the hotel knew it was a double occupancy, one glass etc. There was no water provided and when we asked at reception they said 'there was' so we would have to purchase some from the bar - the staff at reception were really unhelpful and a little rude in contrast to the helpful bar staff. For a hotel of this price I would expect water as there was no tea or coffee making facilitates in room. The bedding also felt slightly damp to the touch, if we weren't so tired we would have checked into another hotel. The room was noisy though we didn't mind as it's the vibe of the hotel. The bathroom needed care and attention though clean it had seen better days. All in all just a very basic slightly below par hotel experience, we expected more as there is a Mama shelter near our home that is a lovely place to hang out it.
