Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The room was good and very clean. Nice breakfast and the position for both getting into the city, getting the stadium for the rugby, and then getting the tram to the airport, was excellent.

The hotel is very well located.I liked the two ladies at reception who were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady called Manu who was attentive when I needed to change room.

I didn't like the mattress; it made my back hurt a lot.

I think the hotel isvundergoing acrenovation, as there was no corridor carpets snd the reception,seemed unfinished.Please include some English channels on the tv, the only channel was bbc news, which difnt work, ( i like some documentaries, before i go to sleep)More infotmation givrn about the trams asvit takes a few days to get used to them, i ended up foing a lot ofcwalking to and ftom the centre.

Everything was good, close to Hotel de region and tram A, close to city center.Good services, confortable beds.

Great location, very clean, great value for money and new bedrooms

Our room was very hot even with windows open. We asked reception about air con but they said it had been turned off for the winter months. We love this hotel but the heat at night and lack of sleep would put us off returning sadly!

Breakfast was not included, personal is nice. The room was clean and good, i would recommend it for business trips, rather conveniently located both to the center and to the airport.

The evening meal in the restaurant was terrible. The vegetable curry was like watery bean stew served without and naan, rice, fries etc. The cheese platter starter was 5 wafer thin slices of cheese without bread, crackers, chutney etc

Room was on the large size for the price we paid: much appreciated. It was clean and, as usual for Ibis, functional but without charm. Bed was too hard, pillows too soft. Overall quite nice for the price.

The breakfast. Both the room, the organisation, and the food. The restaurant in the evening produced a smell that made us go elsewhere.

Easy to access on foot or by tram to town centre. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good buffet breakfast.

Staff where super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. The rooms where spacious, clean and very comfortable. Pet friendly. Super recommend.

A standard Ibis - exactly what you expect, provides everything you need and even a little bit more, a solid, reliable hotel. Check-in and out was super easy and quick, the bed was comfortable (except for the pillows), breakfast was nice. There was free juice and the option to store your luggage there.

The pillows were extremely soft and useless, I woke up with a crick in my neck every morning.
