hotel staff very rude ROOM WAS DIRTY. HAIR ON PILLOWS, sheets had dirt, very disgusting. personnel de l'hôtel très désagréable. LA CHAMBRE ÉTAIT SALE. CHEVEUX SUR LES OREILLERS, les draps étaient sales, très dégoûtants.

Everything was perfect especially Rohan on reception he was exceptionally nice we will be back Elaine and then Peter

Chambermaids were a bit rude

The staff is friendly and helpful. The suite we got was spacious enough for 4 people. The hotel is a good choice to sleep one night while travelling through the country, especially if you don't have great expectations. The rooms have a fridge, a stove and a coffee machine, which we appreciated.

The hotel needs better maintenance. There were several small issues in our room: the door lock was loose, the window knob was broken, and the heater in the bathroom was broken as well. The sofa was not very comfortable.

Nothing! Dirtiest hotel I had ever seen in my life!

We had an extremely unpleasant experience with this hotel and its staff, which ultimately forced us to leave without staying.When we checked into our room on the 4th floor (the one with a sofa bed and bedroom), it was filthy, and we noticed spiders on the walls. We turned on the heaters in both the living room and bedroom, and within minutes, the room filled with thick black smoke. We immediately requested a room change, and when maintenance arrived, they opened the windows, locked the room, and reported the issue to reception.The second room they offered us on the same floor was no better. When we entered we found the bathroom wall heater lying on the kitchen table with exposed wires and we saw a cockroach on the living room wall. The maintenance staff was present and called the receptionist to close the room because of its condition.We asked for another room, as the first two were clearly uninhabitable. At this point, the receptionist became incredibly rude, accusing us of “playing a game,” as if it were somehow our fault that their rooms were infested with spiders and cockroaches and had malfunctioning, dangerous heaters. This behavior was unacceptable, and we decided to leave.Since then, we’ve made multiple attempts to get a refund, as we didn’t stay at the hotel. However, no one has taken responsibility. Every time we called, we were told to try again tomorrow because “the manager isn’t here.” This went on for two weeks, and even when we called at the times they specified, no one responded.This was an awful experience with not only the hotel’s poor conditions but also its rude and unprofessional staff. We would never recommend this place to anyone.

Parking on site.

Initially sent to wrong room. The family room was grubby. There were no pillows for the double bed or towels. Pillows were brought over an hour later despite three trips to reception. Not enough cutlery for four people. Dirty walls and bed settee arms ( in effect bed). Not all corridors lit adequately. Curtains broken.

Quite a good chain hotel with a large parking lot, very convenient location for car trips and walking along the lake.

The outside looked like a place for homeless people. Check in was OK but the lift had graffiti. on the walls When we reached the room the kitchen looked clean enough but the sofa was badly stained.and there was squashed flys or beatles on the wall. We only stayed a few minutes then checked out and took an uber to a much nicer but more expensive hotel. All in all I guess this was an example of "you get what you pay for" although I have stayed in really noce B&B.

The bed was confortable and the bathroom linen was good although the hair dryer was missing. Lighting in the apartment was good.

The lift area at the reception smells very bad (close to toilets). The lift needs to be refreshed, rather dirty and damaged. The apartment was partly clean, inside the wardrobes (in the corridor and bedroom) it was very dirty...

Friendly guy at the reception who helped me a lot.

There were no shampoos or handsoap.

Free parking, breakfast, good internet.

It would be good to have more clean room and all the things inside (on the mini-kitchen, bathroom, bed-linen)

Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. The hotel does a good breakfast and there is a McDonalds (opens at 0900) a short walk away.

The kitchenette could have been better equipped. We had to buy a sharp knife and washing up liquid and improvise on some other items that we thought should have been available (washing up cloth and tea towel).We booked this accommodation at the very last minute when, while waiting for our flight, we found out that the property we had booked in the city centre had been cancelled. We did not have our own transport which made the location a bit difficult with a twenty minute walk to the nearest Metro Station. It would be fine for those travelling by car but not very convenient for us. The area is rather scruffy - a trading estate that seems uncared for. It is not at all convenient for shops, restaurants and other facilities.

Could provide washing liquid on the wall . Soap in the bathroom etc rubbish bin.More plugs near the cooker xx

Room was ok , big windows, airy ! Linen was clean.

Bathroom taps and shower needs updating, no plug for the bath . No shower curtain ! Sofa bed lounge was disgusting and smelly !

The staff are very nice and understanding.

My room had bed bugs. The bathroom was not very clean and the corridor is musty. The outside bins had not been removed in a while.

Receptionist was lovely.Room was very spacious.Bed was clean and comfortable.Lots of clean towels. Body wash was lovely. Plenty of hot water. 10 minute walk from tram stop with one ride to the center of the city.

Sofa bed was not the best. Maybe OK for children but not for adults.No kettle just a coffee maker needing papers and ground coffee.Outside of the hotel is a very dirty street but that's not the hotels fault.We went to a concert and was late getting back. Our keycard would not let us in to the main building as it just kept flashing red. Reception was closed. Emergency number called but no answer. Waited about 45 min outside until a security guard saw us and let us in. Apparently there is a number pad to use after 11pm but we had not been told about this.

Avoid this place

Convenient location close to the main routes.

The room was filthy. Very poor hygiene standards across the building, cigarrette butts everywhere and the smell.... No towels in the toilet, dirty cookware in the cupboards, dirty fridge, dirty linen in beds, stained walls and dust everywhere. The lack of cleanliness is a shame, would the cleaning be done properly the experience of staying here would have been much much better.
