It¿s very close to everything . Good location and the person in the desk is very helpful and accommodating . Would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Bordeaux

Excellent climate control in room. Excellent bed linens and toiletries. Breakfast -excellent continental plus cheeses and hard boiled eggs. No elevator, but the staff are wonderful and offer to bring up and down luggage.

Not a complaint, but for the budget conscious like me, be prepared that a standard room has wc closet (that was a bit tight/claustrophobic), sink in bedroom and separate shower with glass door. Go for next price point up for full separate bathroom.

Parking is available, but a 5 minute walk away and still quite expensive, even with the hotel discount. Around 24€ for overnight.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff i.e. owner and son. Very good breakfast, ample choice, excellent quality 10 out of 10. Clarins products in the room.

Room was a bit on the small side, expected it to be bigger as per the description.

Location is close to the center but in a quiet street, near to all sites. Breakfast is light and very good , a pure French delicious breakfast. Room was spacious, clean and spotless. Many outlets for all the electronics.

We had an early check-in and for the extra payment also late check-out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb location!

The wardrobe space was extremely minimalistic, no drawers. We kept most of our clothes in our suitcases. It would have been nice to have chairs and a small table in the balcony to make the most of it.

The curtain over room 14. Not a huge problem but awkward to open door and hold the curtain at the same time.

Very clean, fresh and rooms were large. Great location and very helpful staff on reception who couldn’t do more for you. The toiletries (clarins) were really nice and the tea/coffee (nespresso) was replenished daily along with a room clean.

The cleaning spray smell in the room was strong

Fantastic location. Within walking distance of the main things in the centre. Buy the day trip on the tourist bus and you can hop on and off as you fancy. I visited the antiques street - Village Notre Dame, the WW2 German U boat base - really fascinating and now with colourful projections inside and finally many other interesting sites.My room was was a good size with a comfortable bed and very efficient air conditioning. The main feature in my opinion was the bathroom which was very smart and with lots of accessories.The breakfast was €14 extra - make sure you get good value for money by eating lots of different things and enjoying several cups of coffee. I had a boiled egg some prunes some orange juice 2 types of toast delicious crispy mini croissants and fresh bread with nice apricot jam.

I really enjoyed my stay the staff were friendly but not overly so which was a bit disappointing. Perfectly ok though. I’d have liked a window to open in my room despite the efficient air conditioning. There was one in my bathroom but I had to keep the door shut as there was a drip drip going on!No lift and no help carrying my bag - minor grouch!
