ibis Bordeaux Centre Meriadeck

Location not too far and transportation nearby

Rooms extremely small and uncomfortable to move around. The AC did not work had to move to another room. The other room couldn’t adjust the AC

worth what i paid and was clean and staff was friendly and accommodating.

room somewhat small, but okay for 1 night stay

Our room was adequate for 3 people - staff were very friendly and meals were very nice Clean and tidy

Our room was not ready on time

Location

Room too hot. Breakfast was a complete rip off. 13 euros for powdered scrambled egg, actually rancid butter and just the cheapest nastiest of everything. Very poor.

Very clean, staff were very good and had a understanding of English and Spanish. Food was good and breakfast catered for most preferences

Lack of programmes on tv on other than french language.

Location was good. Easy to take the tram from airport. Good breakfast.

Good location and comfy bed

Bathroom was very small and also shower was small

Very good

we needed twin beds the sofa bed was too big for the room size.

Comfortable, clean, exceptional staff!

Booked to be close to a specific meeting, so ideal, clean, comfy and friendly staff.

Breakfast was excellent. Room clean and quiet.Drinking water fountain was a good idea but needs to be advertised!

Lack of facilities, no kettle with tea, coffee provisions, nor drinking water glass in rooms. This is standard in most countries. Many also have a fridge and provide biscuits.

The hotel’s location is very convenient and close to the train station, with a supermarket nearby. It’s also easy to reach the city center of Bordeaux. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable for my stay.

The breakfast room can feel a little small during busy times when many guests come down at once.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast options.

Clean and well located

Self check out was confusing

Room location and price and staff assistance using map for direction especially walking to a specific location

your daily price alteration when staying for a longer period of time like four five days

Everything was excellent, especially the fantastic staff, extremely helpful. Service with a smile, always available to answer any questions. Made us feel very welcome. The hotel was in a perfect location for tram stop/centre of town proximity. Very happy with the room (quiet even with the window slightly open, comfortable bed, very clean and well equipped bathroom). Copious breakfast, again well managed, with busy but always helpful staff. All in all excellent. I fully recommend it!

Nothing! I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for anything!

Good location close to tram stop.Comfortable rooms.Very good buffet breakfast.

Rude front desk personnel. Garage full we have been poorly directed to a far alternative. Little room poorly cleaned.

Clean. good staff and good breakfast

Location and staff excellent . I have stayed at the Ibis Bordeaux Centre before

Wish rooms had better facilities and larger. We were in a double room 11th floor
