Everything was as good as it could be. Even the music played in the hotel common areas.

Staff was amazing from first to last encounter. The location cannot be beat.

I absolutely cannot think of one negative aspect of this hotel.

Exemplary hotel in every way#

We loved staying at the Intercontinental and we loved Bordeaux! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a place in Bordeaux! The staff and hotel room were amazing! Also, the restaurant breakfast was fabulous! Thank you for a great week of vacation!

They should have notified us of the bollard entrance. I ended up damaging the rental car, but the concierge was very helpful in assisting me.

Clean and seemed well-decorated. The staff and food were the highlights!

The rooftop bar had very slow service- they seemed understaffed.

The staff in all areas of the hotel were excellent and made it a wonderful stay and the location is perfect even though we were a bit disappointed with the overall facilities and the rooms, we felt that they were quite dated and in need of modernisation and upgrading to meet the expectation that they create and we expected.

It’s in the most perfect location. Reception gave us a wonderful welcome.

We were disappointed in the concierge service. 3 occasions we chased a booking to a restaurant around the corner, they recommended, and ended up booking ourselves. This type of stress is not what a guest requires.

This is a first rate hotel with all the facilities you would want, including a great rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff were exceptional and very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and close to shops, restaurants , tram stops as well as being centrally located to access all of the delights of Bordeaux.

Liked everything about this hotel. Only one small issue, our room had a toilet separate to the bathroom ( which we liked) but there was no sink in it for washing hands.
