- This is our second stay at Renaissance, we love how everything is as we expected, and much better than before. As I remember, last time was during a peak season, and the first floor hotel bar was not clean, there were crumbs on the floor, and trash at some part… but this time was super clean, the standard of the hotel not letting us down, so good, I love the hotel! And during the Christmas, they had a projection on exterior wall with an animation, was so nice.
- Location, clean hotel, staff was helpful and professional, restaurant had good breakfast.
- I am impressed by the hotel: modern, cool designed, location. I would definitiv stay here again.
Cons -

- Have to take a tram to go into town. No taxis available in area.

Spacious, beautiful rooms compared to Paris. Complete Blackout blinds a plus!
Have to take a tram to go into town. No taxis available in area.
Well designed, very nice staff, clean rooms
The location was not the best as it is not in the city center, but it is also not too far and accessible by public transportation.
I liked the pool facilities, the refurbished silos. The stylish rooms.
There was no minibar in the room, the hotel promised ice cube buckets available but they were often out of buckets or forgot the request. Additionally I had issues with streaming services on TV. The personnel could be a bit more helpful.
Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and great hotel
We were charged over $161 Euros in case any charges were made during an our stay. At checkout they said this charge would drop off. Almost a month later the charges have not dropped off and now we are dealing with the hotel to get it off. If we don’t get any satisfaction, we will dispute the charge. We should not have to deal with this.
Great hotel, definitely 4 star+.Spacious room with huge window, very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.Breakfast was great with a many options.Staff were all friendly and helpful, without being intrusive. One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. I would definitely stay again
I liked everything about the hotel, no complaints at all.
Worth while to stay in this hip yet off the beaten path spot. With access to the tram, you can be in the center in less than 25 minutes from your door. The hotel is sublime and the breakfast is quite an assortment.
Unique hôtel , comfortable with very friendly staff .. great location right near the cité du vin .. also close to transport and easy walking distance Bassins des LumièresMarket hall eatery right on its doorstepA special call out to the lady on reception Minh
The room is comfortable. The large screen was excellent for watching the champion league soccer game. The hotel is located near the wine museum which the highlight of out visit
The hotel was beautiful . The swimming pool was gorgeous , so clean with an amazing view . Littleton Reid to bar was an oasis of calm and the staff were super friendly and decorated the room for a special birthday . We didn’t want to leave
Check out at 11 is too early
Exceptionally friendly, calm and organized staff. My sister and I were lucky enough to be chosen as guest of the day and got a room upgrade, voucher for the coffee shop and later check out. Lovely room, spacious with modern bathroom. The beds are super comfortable and linen of high quality. Towels could use improving as slightly hard. Delicious breakfast with wide variety and gluten free section. Location is good, little out of the old town, but connection with Tram is easy and right outside hotel. There is a food market and Wine museum next to the hotel.
This is a very cool hotel with a rooftop swimming pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious.
The location was a bit off the map (30-minute walk to the centre). However, there is a nice food court right next to the hotel!
AC not working it was 30C in the room. WiFi guests not working. Very disappointed
A lovely hotel, big room and very relaxing ambience
A bit noisy with a party at the Halles opposite till 0100.Restaurant has a good vibe and a good rooftop location but menu slightly odd
Close proximity to the Cite du Vin and a walking distance to other places of interest, restaurants and the tram. Impressive views from the rooftop bar/restaurant. The view from the room was great (paid a small amount extra, on arrival, to be moved to higher floor). Parking was easy, managed to find parking in front of the hotel, otherwise the is undercover parking right next to the hotel. I appreciated the personal touch in the room for my birthday! :D
The cleaning robot on our floor was noisy. The hotel could do with a some refresh in places, cutlery and crockery. The breakfast could be better. Other than that the hotel was okay.
Great location, easy parking , clean , well designed and with very pleasant and helpful staff
The hotel is excellent. The staff in particular was very welcoming and did everything possible to make us comfortable. The room was very clean if a bit too warm even with an open window. I also appreciated the fact that we could connect our apps to the TV in the room.
It would be nice to just have one price for the breakfast and not depending on whether one purchases breakfast at check-in for the entire stay. Also, thinner duvets would be a big plus.
The staff is very friendly and nice. The room was big, nice comfortable bed. Really nice breakfast.
We stayed in a family room and I can’t say it was cleaned really well. There were finger prints on the mirror. That doesn’t feel comfortable to me
