Location was further away than we thought.
Excellent staff, very clean room, and incredible breakfast choice
Nothing to dislike
Easy to find location. Family room was a decent size.
No staff on check in, so had to wait after a long drive. No staff on breakfast when we first arrived so had to get someone from reception. Hygiene in the restaurant was not great, flies and bugs around the food, some fruit rotten. Dinner was expensive for the quality.
Friendly, helpful staff. The pool area and bar were perfect for after a long drive. Afflingem on draft which is my favourite beer!Family room was spacious and clean for 2 adults and 2 children. Location was ideal for a 1 night stop over on our way south.Amazing value for money.
Restaurant is closed on a Sunday but we knew this before arriving. Not a big problem as a couple of nice places to eat next door.
Great hotel. Clean andcomfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Perfect location.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was fantastic for the kids
The sofa bed was uncomfortable
We had a family room - king size bed plus sofa bed - which was a little on the small side. However, the beds were very comfortable and the room was serviced every day. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was because of the pool, which was great, plenty of places to sit in the shade - it was very hot - and towels provided. Breakfast was a buffet and there was an excellent choice every morning. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. There is a tram stop very close to the hotel which makes getting into the centre of Bordeaux really easy. We stayed for four nights and had a very enjoyable stay.
The location outside of the centre of Bordeaux means there are very limited options for dining if you don’t want to go into the city. We had dinner in the hotel a couple of times which was fine. There is an Italian quite close which was pretty poor and a steak bar next door - the Hippopotamus- with such awful service we left before eating. Bordeaux has some great restaurants though and well worth the effort of going into there.
Nice staff, especially the main guy behind the bar. Nice bar and pool area.
Food and drinks mediocre to say the least. Someone needs to teach them how to make mojitos
Good sized room. Nice toiletries, and staff were very helpful. Nice pool in a tree lined space and secluded.
Very kid and dog friendly. A lot of kids in pool until late and dogs left in rooms to howl from early morning, kids also running around rooms and in corridors. So not for people that want somewhat more quiet hotel. Plugs in room didn’t work do phones didht charge over night. Phone in room didn’t work so couldn’t find out information and had to go down to reception to order room service 18€ for a burger. Decor needs refreshing. Shower barely warm.

The hotel definitely doesn’t deserve 4 stars. Rooms need renovations. Elevator smells so bad. The worst breakfast I had. They served raw eggs instead of boiled, scrambled eggs tasted so bad . Total dissatisfaction. Not recommended.
Pool was amazing and seating outside
Location....no tea or coffee or milk in our room
Room was extremely clean & bed very comfortable , good selection at breakfast
Room had kettle but not good selection of tea & no milk for coffee
A little farther away from the city center, around 25 minutes but it’s closer toGrocery and shopping malls.
Traffic during rush hour is horrible.
Lovely rooms - we received a free upgrade. Lovely reception area with a grand piano that guests could play. Great breakfast.

Room and bedding both clean and bed quite comfortable. Shower water was good and hot.Only a short walk to the Lake for an evening stroll
Bedroom was quite cold and heating seemed to be on a static setting. Not ideal if you have just driven up from Costa del Sol.Hallway carpets were dirty as was the carpet in our room and paper had started to peel from the walls in places.General overhaul is needed to bring the hotel to a better standard
Lovely bar area and super large room. Very comfy bed.
Nothing really. Value for money
Comfortable rooms, clean, good breakfast.
A bit too cocky personnel at the reception
