Staff were fantastic, great location and good value.

Restaurant is right in the lobby and they were obviously cooking/serving fish!

Not much. The facilities could be slightly improved. The breakfast buffet is a bit overcrowded. Gym can use a few more machines.

The room was very well laid out, the bathroom was separate from the toilet and it had the bath we requested. The bed was large and very comfortable and the room had two large window views. We had excellent communication prior to our arrival, upon arrival and during our stay. Every member of the hotel team was helpful and smiley.

We couldn't find the car park easily but the night manager at the hotel (Benjamin) was super helpful. It would have been useful to have known that the hotel has fairy lights on the front and is well illuminated, for someone who has not been to Bordeaux before, nor driven in such a large city, this pointer would have been useful. That said, they did everything they could to help us so no real complaint.

We loved the staff particularly Claire and Yann. Excellent location, great size room and excellent value for money.

The staffs were very helpful and friendly . The breakfast was good plus the dinner was excellent at the hotel restaurant. I enjoyed the drinks with nibbles at the bar. The room was comfortable. The hotel is not that far from the centre . If you are looking for a place to celebrate New Year’s I would suggest stay at FirstName Bordeaux . I had a best time staying plus had a blast celebrating New Year’s! Great atmosphere

Great center city location in Bordeaux. Wasn't sure about a place named FirstName, but it totally exceeded my expectations. It had all the amenities of Hyatt and a hip/young vibe that came through in thoughtful decor and room design. The communal refrigerator that stocked great free lemonade was appreciated. The staff was very helpful with restaurant and early morning taxi on day of checkout. We were tired the last night and decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. Great food and live bank made the final evening in Bordeaux enjoyable

We loved the room and the food and the location.

It was a little difficult to find on the GPS, and the entrance is a little obscure, but once we found it, it was lovely and very well located.

Cleanliness, the staff was helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, facilities are up to date and pleasing, the attempts to go zero-waste are great! Love the idea of the kitchenettes! The food was great, sipping wine at the fireplace was fun.

Restaurant was closed on Sunday.

Very good standards in all respects. Staff were friendly & accommodating. There was excellent attention to detail in terms of customer relations, cleanliness, quality of public & private accommodation areas. Small touches such as facilities in & outside the room made the hotel feel comfortable and affordably luxurious. We loved the in-room fresh coffee making facilities and the free soft drinks & snacks on each floor level. The eco-gym was wonderful too.

It was just slightly difficult to locate, in a slightly bizarre location. However it was well located in terms of the city. Outside appearance made us feel worried, however these worries were quickly allayed.

Centrally located with the Saint-Pierre and adjacent old town a ~10 min walk from the hotel. Great connectivity via tram to the whole city due to proximity to Meriadeck station. The staff was very hospitable, the (corner) rooms were spacious. The TV had a smart feature, and the addition of a kitchenette on each floor is a good touch. The general design language and theme of the hotel is unique and memorable as well. Having a multi-purpose port with international charging points was a great touch.

While detailed in its aesthetic, the hotel had inconsistencies. The toilet room in the corner suite lacked bathroom hooks for hanging clothes. My shower holder was too loose to hold the shower in place, the variety of bathing soaps limited, and no toiletry kit given unless requested. I booked 2 corner rooms; and there were differences between the two as well. One room lacked a full mirror unlike the other; while also having a different design of side tables and amenities counter. The gym had a manual treadmill; while aesthetically aligning with the beautiful wooden theme of the hotel, it proved to be a hassle to actually use. Implementing improvements targeted to these things can elevate the stay to a more complete one.

Location and cleanliness. Staff were exceptional friendly, approachable and efficient. Kitchenette has fillable filtered water available for guests, and there weee free soft drinks, tea, coffees, biscuits and sweets.

Location was great, walking distance to the city centre.Great accessibility to the hotel, indoor parking available but access quite narrow.The staff at the reception during check-in was exceptional. In general the staff were friendly and helpful.Rooms were comfortable and had all the accessories available. Very clean rooms and hotel.

Great hotel in a great location in the center of Bordeaux! Can reach most places walking. The common area is very well kept with a very cute bar. Staff always available. Spacious and clean rooms with all needed facilities.

The place is quite expensive and had to pay an extra 25 euros of parking each day. I know it is in the center and it’s good the hotel has a parking area but they could at least make it cheaper considering the cost per night!
