Did not enjoy a breakfast here, but the dining space looked wonderful… staff was exceptionally helpful!

The gym was small and dark with limited equipment.

Shower are totally glass. No privacy. Lighting in the room very poor. Staff in bar ignored us. Spa facilities limited.

Hotel Zoologie is a beautiful hotel with stunning gardens in the interior courtyard and patio. The "comfort double" room was large and comfortable with a beautiful balcony view of the gardens. My friend joined me for 2 nights and we enjoyed the spa after hours to relax our muscles after walking all day. The breakfasts included a wonderful selection of breads, pastries, charcuterie and cheeses, fresh juices and coffee.

The geology room we stayed in is designed with metal and concrete finishes, which can be noisy.

Great place unique, good bar and very good rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Have to book early to get into the spa otherwise will miss out. Location is a little away from the centre - 15-29’mins walk

Location was good, the room was a good size and the b d was very comfortable.

There were a few things that could have made our stay better. For the price of this hotel I would have expected a better standard. The room was cool - in temperature terms. It was difficult to increase the temperature to take it from cool to warm. The toilet flushing system as quirky, however it was very severe and water came out from the toilet bowl over the seat and onto the floor every time it was flushed. There was a bedside light which we could not return leg overnight. We were a couple of friends sharing a room. There is an open shower and separate sink actually in the bedroom section. While this may be ok for couples, there was a distinct lack of privacy for sharing with friends. Maybe a wall or screen would have been appropriate. Even for couples, sometime a little privacy is required.

The staffs are excellent. Very helpful as I arrived much earlier than expected and they allowed me to check in earlier. I really appreciated that as we were exhausted upon arrival.

The breakfast was ok. There was salmon, meats, cheeses and olives. There was also a selection of hot dishes which were underwhelming. There were some pastries which were very average. The coffee was from a machine and very poor/nasty.

Coffee and pastries were poor. The pastries at the patisserie nearby were very much better.The rooms were different to many hotels and what some might describe as "edgy"I personally didnt like the shower being so open to the room as it felt drafty and cold.

The rooms were very dark.When we arrived the receptionist asked for a credit card for a deposit for any breakables. They went to take the card, I asked how much it was. The receptionist was going to take EUR1100.00!!!!!! When I questioned this they then said it was food. I was extremely disappointed.The area of the hotel is not great area either.

Hip and cool, different to the usual accommodation, large room, great food and good location

Didn't like the beer very much but that is personal taste preference.

We enjoyed the property for the ambience, friendly staff and great recommendations they provided us. We took full advantage of the spa and thoroughly enjoyed the Sauna and massages. Their massage staff is extremely skilled and effective.

The only caveat to our stay is that the A/C in our room was not working well and was stuck on 21 degrees.

Great decor and friendly welcome from the staff. Excellent meal in the restaurant
