Central located, comfortable bed.
Little dated shower, but really ok for the money.
Convenient central location, price lower than average in Bordeaux
There was extensive black mold in the bathroom
The place was super clean, very friendly staff, very good location. Very comfortable bed as well, and super affordable.
I absolutely don’t understand the aesthetics of the place. The colors of my bedroom were super sad and the lights very white, so not cozy at all. Also no kettle in the bedroom. The view was basically a wall. But honestly for this price, comfort and location I think it’s a very good deal still.
The Romanian woman at the front desk was extremely helpful.
The taxi situation was very worrying & that's why we canceled our October 23 overnight. We rebooked that night at a hotel near the train station so we could catch an early train, as we were also able to walk to the train station with our bags without taking a taxi. The October 23 hotel was also close to where we dropped off our rental car. Plus, the new hotel was less expensive with nicer rooms.
Great location right in the center of town. Good value with the breakfast and location. Comfortable room with lots of extra pillows. Helpful staff. Breakfast had excellent pastries.
When we arrived there was a towel hanging on one of the hooks, which we could not tell if it was clean or dirty. We had to ask for extra towels. Otherwise everything was great and as expected!
Service and availability very good.
great room for a quick one person stay. Not so much for two person longer stay.
The location was good and ideally for the 1st timer to visit Bordeaux. The bed very comfortable and there have a counter near the reception for guests to have some snack and drink which is good!
The room is not sound prove enough whereby we can heard a lot of sound at night and in the early morning! They served typically French breakfast!
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. However, it was inconvenient to have to leave the key at the front desk every time we went out, and there was no running water in the sink, which made things uncomfortable.
No running water in sink.Having to leave key every time we went out.

Location
Very noisy at night. Room windows backed onto a laneway. Lots of people yelling at night into the morning.
The bed and linen were first class - very comfortable. A beautiful balcony with a great view. Such high ceilings. A nice funky art house vibe. The most fantastic location.
Friendly staff. Good central location
No hooks for towels in shower/toilet. Mirror in bedroom too small. Paintwork needs more attention to finish. Coffee/tea making in room would be great.
It was nice after travelling to be welcomed with the opportunity to have a hot or cold drink. Staff were very helpful. The location was safe and perfectly placed in the centre of the old city.
The only thing was no view from my room, although, the advantage to this was, with the windows closed it was very quiet. There was a slight issue with the sink tap but to be fair I only reported it when I was leaving.
Exceptional location! Very comfortable room and beds-best pillows in Europe. Staff very professional, warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good value and very good. AC in room was welcome and very efficient. Clean and pleasant hotel. Would definitely return.
A small fridge in the room would’ve been very welcome.
Being our first time in Bordeaux, we loved the location. It was so easy to get around to all places of interest. Plenty of choice for restaurants and bars, the area has great vibe.If you are a shopper, go with an empty suitcase, it's a shoppers delight. The Staff deserve praise for being so friendly and helpful, a smile on their face and spoke great english. They made fresh scrambled eggs on request, delicious. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and water supplied every day.
When we entered the room, there was a stale smell, more likely coming from the drain. We ran the shower and sink, bought a lavender room spray, it was fine for the rest of our stay.
Cool room in a brilliant location. The staff were all wonderful and very helpful. We loved our little balcony
The bathroom was a little dated, but perfectly adequate. It was a little noisy at night -- the price you pay for being in city centre
Right in vibrant city center, close to place de la bourse and all the main attractions. The hotel is cosy with great atmosphere, staff are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ideal to fuel up the day.
Everything was perfect.
Excellent location - central in Bordeaux and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes.
The bathroom is a little pokey - toilet right up against the wall, but is great value for money given location.
