The location near the train station. also, the room was great - rooomy, comfy.

The hotel’s position opposite the entrance to the walled city of Old Avignon was outstanding, as well as it’s location next to the Regional railway station (not the TGV railway) station.

Coffee facilities in the room could be improved.

I liked the location that was near the train station.

The shower had a lot of mildew. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned or the tile replaced.

Check in went so smoothly. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Our room was amazing. We had a sitting area separate from the bed area and an extremely spacious bathroom with both a tub and shower. The location to the Center, which houses all of the streets of shops and restaurants, as well as the Palais de Papes, was perfect. It is definitely a walking city.

We had an excellent vacation. No complaints.

Staff were friendly. Very large room and very quiet. Bed was very comfortable.

Carpets were stained and Hôtel is a bit dated. But room was very clean.

Loved the location. Right outside the walls of the city and next door to Train station. Also loved the size of the room, really it was a suite.

They switched the air conditioner off. As our room faced west it was unbearably hot and stuffy in the afternoon and evenings. When I complained I was told the aircon in the whole hotel had been turned off for winter, however I noticed the public areas still had aircon.We were able to open windows but that created a problem in the sound of the train station announcements were really loud, especially first thing in the morning. Also it let in mosquitoes. The other really bad thing was the toilet flush was not great and occasionally a horrible smell would come from it.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I love the old French decor. I liked having access to the bar and food. It’s within walking distance to the city.

The room was really good with sheets and room was good. It was quiet. Breakfast was excellent. But we paid for it.

Access to parking was too tight. Going into it we almost scraped thdd ed v ed bucks.

The hotel matched the photos and advertisement. Large room comfortable for a family of three. Excellent location near Avignon center and 5 minute walk to the train station. Pool and roof deck were also enjoyable. Quiet at night. Air conditioning worked well. Very nice, safe and no issues.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully appointed and quite spacious, and the beds were very comfortable!

The WiFi in our room wasn't good - could only get one bar. I had to go to the lobby or to the front of the hotel on our floor to get a good signal.

Nice location, big clean room, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

Limited number of free electric sockets to use. WiFi signal is weak and speed was very unstable.

Location was fabulous. Hotel room was very large and accommodated 3 people comfortably. Breakfast was more than just a croissant and coffee. Best fresh pressed orange juice! The pool was a great way for a little rest prior to dinner
