Kyriad Avignon - Palais des Papes

Excellent location. Walking distance to Palace of the Popes in the heart of the historic district. The front desk staff are excellent and there are great restaurants.

It can be a little noisy at night and morning if you open the windows.

Great location and everyone was so kind and attentive to our questions. They even gave us directions to a laundry!

Housekeeper knocking on my door at 11:20 (I told her we’d be out in 10 minutes) and then receiving a call from the front desk at 11:30 stating that check out was at 11:30 and we were already headed out of the room. A bit of an overreach.Plus step down to bathroom. A huge risk especially at night. Wasn’t able to control the heat in the room. Seemed too hot all night even when it was off. Eventually opened windows in the middle of the night.WiFi was poor sometimes.

i would lose hot water intermittently while showering. i’m thinking it was happening when the next room was flushing the toilet. it was very cold.

Convenient location. Quiet rooms - we had 2 for a family of 4.

Perfectly located on a main square in Avignon, close to restaurants and great walking. Parking was easier than expected in the underground garage. Very clean, modern space.

We got a room right off the kitchen. A bit awkward getting in and out, but doable.

Location was fabulous - close to all of the sites of the town. There was a parking garage within 150 meters of the hotel so we could park our car and walk easily with our luggage. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had on-site breakfast available which was very good. There were many cafes very close to the hotel which was great for dinner.

I was not given the room type I requested. They said there would be access to a lift but I was given a room in a part of the hotel with no lift access. The staircase was a narrow, steep spiral staircase that was in a dark and dingy, and isolated part of the hotel. The room had a musty odor. I was told they gave my room to someone else with health issues even though I had called and messaged several times to ensure and confirm I would have access to a lift due to an injury I had. The staff was friendly but unwilling to accommodate me and offered no recompense. When I asked for a late check out they said they would not charge for that.

Perfect location.

Wifi was very very slow. We were not informed although we were asked if there is a cheaper parking space, and later we have learned they offered a discount at a parking space nearby.The air conditioner was easy to use.
