    Pros +

    • The pool area, clean and big room with balcony, free parking area. The city center is reachable by bus, train or 5-min-ride by car (there are different parking areas)
    • Nice reception, comfortable bed, free parking.
    • Close to the train station

    Cons -

    • There were just towels for 2 guests (we were 3), there were no hangers, the trash can was supertiny.
    • The cleaning on the toilet wasn’t good at the room. There was broken glass but that was a minor detail. I honestly didn’t enjoy the spa at all. The floor was too wet and slippery and the facilities are ok but it doesn’t feel like a relaxing space. There was too much noise from the guests taking, the jacuzzi, the lady supervising and asking the guests for their names etc. we spent max. 15 min. Since we weren’t able to relax.
    • The room had poor heating and AC controls. It seemed as if they didn't actually work. The check-in staff were not very welcoming. The breakfast was subpar. At this price, I expected a better experience given how far from it is from the city centre.

4 minutes drive from the tgv station, modern hotel, overall well maintained shared areas. Friendly and fast check in and check out. Plenty of parking space. Comfy bedding. Charges for spa access (30€ for an hour only) and breakfast at 19€/ person are wildly disproportionate for a hotel of such basic standards. You can have a much nicer breakfast in the lovely historical center of Avignon for less than 10€/ person.

Only good for 1-night stays. The commodification of space pushed too far. Very small room, hardly any space to walk around the bed. The very compact built-in furniture layout cheapens the design. Curtains partitioning the sleeping area and bathroom gives "hospital ward" vibes. Only good if you're really comfortable with no privacy around people you share the room with.

Everything Even if you think the location is too far from the center, no, it is not. Not even 5 minutes by car or 15 by bus (includes walking to the corner of the street and waiting included)

Nicely decorated public spaces and room. Gustave's, the restaurant, was exceptional for dinner and the breakfast was very impressive. Lovely hotel

Wonderful room, very comfortable bed, great air conditioning. The hotel resataurant has good food and is quite good with vegetables. The staff is exceptional. My husband has a bad back and they went out of their way to get us in the room as soon as possible, and also to let us stay in the air conditioning for a couple of extra hours before our train. They were so kind and helpful, we cannot say enough good things about them.

    8LanqingPosted on: 4-25-2025

The room is very clean and quiet. The stuff are very welcome, nice, anc helpful. The location is very good, walkable to the train station.

The air condition does not work properly There is no fan or even a door of the bathroom, the shower is just next to bed with a curtain to separate them, so it becomes super hot and humid after the shower. Yet it was tolerable for April.

Compact well equipped room, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I stayed here for one night while passing through, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is easily accessible and offers free, secured outdoor parking, which is a great plus. Upon arrival, I received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. The room was comfortable, with a good shower and high-quality Nuxe products, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was well taken care of, with a variety of options to choose from. The entire staff was kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.Great value for money. Highly recommended!

Got some good snacks at the bar after a long journey late in the evening.

Comfortable. Clean. Helpful staff. Restaurant on site. Nice food.

No English breakfast tea bags! No milk sachets for coffee for us Brits. Don’t like espresso! Breakfast a little pricey if you don’t tend to eat much.
