Accommodations, gym,laundry room the whole concept

It¿s location but everything else makes up for it

The hotel is good value for the price. It is an apart-hotel, so it has kitchenette in the room and laundry facilities in the building. Prior to arrival, I had been on the road for a while, so it was nice to have these two amenities for a few days.

The air inside the place does not have that clorox-scent (reaffirmation of cleanliness) that most hotels have.

shower is open, when anyone takes a shower the whole room is wet.No tea or coffee maker

Very reasonable price with free parking in a secure car park. Bed was comfy.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was not great,nothing nearby other than the fort. Receptionist was nice.

It was very good value for the money. There was no extra, so to speak, but it was very much worth the money I paid: close to the city and the train station.

The cleaning was so-so. That is the only real negative.

The location is really good, so as the room for its value! The staff was really nice too!The small bed for our daughter was very confortable.

The hotel is close to the Avignon city center, right outside the old city wall. The rooms are also spacious and they offer flexibility

Great location at the border of the central part of the city. Everything is within walking distance. Private parking. The stuff is friendly, and everything is well organized.

It's a great location to explore the city. There is a grocery store in the next building, a bus stop across the street, and the train station is not too far off if you've been sitting all day and didn't overpack. I found the staff very helpful and engaging.

I highly recommend you switch to the accordion-style shower closure, because I did not enjoy the curtain experience.

Convenient location right outside old city walls. 15 min to all major sites. Free parking nearby.A bit outdated, but good water pressure and comfy beds. Perfect for a short stay.

Bathroom needs some updating and new replaced caulking.

The location, staff, and parking were very good.

The room itself was very disappointing. It is not like the pictures. It is essentially a college dorm room in the US from 30 years ago. Think of particle-board doors that have swollen with moisture. The only updates are the beds. The thin white shower curtain and shower stall have mildew/mold on them. The shower had only a hand held head. The AC has a limit on the temperature so it was a bit hot. The kitchen supplies are very low budget. It is definitely not 3 stars. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want a comfortable stay. It is not a good value.

Wasn’t like how we expected, location is good, especially for groceries shopping. But the room that we had was very uncomfortable, didn’t even have space for putting luggage’s, moldy closet , don’t even want to hanging clothes. can only seat in kitchen area. after shower it feels like been flood. No instructions for Underground parking , be cautious narrow space.

Friendly staff, easy check in procedures, clean environment, fantastic location

When I opened the window to let some fresh air into my room, flies and insets went in also because the window is too close to the ground floor.
