Hotel Le Bristol

The location was great, 3 minute walk from the train station (gare centrale). The hotel room was quiet and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The hotel is very clean, and breakfast has a lot of selections and all taste so good. Staff working at this hotel are super nice. Have had wonderful stay in Avignon!!!

People at front desk were very nice and spoke English. Housekeeping was very nice getting more coffee or anything we needed.

The hotel was very nice and the people were very accommodating. We loved the location, which is perfect. Right near the city walls, but a short walk to the Palace of the Popes.

There was an issue with the air conditioner making a strange noise. The staff relocated me to another room that was much better and gave me a price adjustment.

Was kit a big fan of the coffee and breakfast. Very commercial.

The bed, the colour of the walls

No small fridge in my room, pressure of the shower was very weak, nothing to plug phone or computer near the bed, breakfast fruit salad was very acid (could only taste pamplemousse and lemon) and not much choice

The stairs getting to our room. Coming out of the room into the hallway was very dark. The automatic lights didn’t always work. The were fine coming off the elevator but not in the other direction

Great location and wonderful comfy room.

We were there in fall and the AC was turned off so we had to sleep with the windows open because the room was hot.

I really liked staying at Hotel Le Bristol - the location is perfect, convenient to the old town and to the train station with lots of restaurants within walking distance. I was on a three-week biking trip and when I checked in the desk clerk offered me storage downstairs or in my room, whichever I preferred, which was really thoughtful. Staff were great - friendly, personable and helpful - I was recommended to go to a terrific small restaurant just 10-minutes walk from the hotel. The room was perfect, I was on the ground floor, breakfast wonderful. I'd stay here again for sure.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. The lobby very cozy and beautiful. The location was excellent - just a few minutes walk to the city center and main sightseeing spots. On the first day of our arrival, the young man at the reception desk was very pleasant and helpful, which made a great first impression.

There were not enough towel hangers in the bathroom and in the room there were no outlets near bed to charge phone, laptop or other devices, it was very uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff and beds were great. Everything clean and lobby area was great for playing cards and wine in the evening.

Hot Breakfast was cold and ran out of hot food. Otherwise great selection

Good location.

Seemed like they tried to cut as many corners as they could to save a small amount of money. Not replenishing the coffee pods, drinking water, Kleenex and toilet paper. The room is for 2 people but it only had one chair. There is only one electrical outlet in the room and it was occupied with a lamp and coffee maker so it was very inconvenient to plug another device in. Not a 4 star experience.
