Very charming and gorgeous hotel.

The mattress was old--was sunken in the middle.

The breakfasts were wonderful. The staff in the breakfast room was most welcoming and helpful. The staff in the reception, especially Lola, were very professional and helpful.

The bistort meal choices were very limited and the hotel did not have pression or even 1664 beer. The bar tender was very nice and made us feel wlecome.

The bed was very comfortable, large luxurious bathroom and good location with parking (for a fee)

I let them know it was my husband’s birthday and they did nothing to acknowledge it but for $650 a night there was loud music outside our window from a club across the street that kept us up all night. When I mentioned it to the front staff on the morning the shrugged and said oh yes. the club. I am sorry I splurged on this property for $650 a night and did not feel it was worth it although the room was lovely and clean and the bed comfortable.

Loved everything

Location is excellent Staff are wonderful. Particular mention to the man who carried our luggage and took us to our room and to the American lady who spoke good English (sorry can’t remember your names), you provided excellent service and very pleasant.

Located in the center of town, easy to walk to shops, cafés, and galleries. Kind and helpful staff.

This place is pure heaven! The hotel’s beautiful architecture and charming old-times vibe create a truly special atmosphere. The staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. With a lovely bar and restaurant on site, everything you need is right there. The town itself is full of positive energy—perfect for recharging your spirit. The food was absolutely amazing. I only wish we could have stayed longer than just two nights!

Great location and chic decor. Accommodating staff at the bar for my late checkin of 10.45pm and I was able to get a lovely snack.

The staff were all very kind, helpful and professional. Also the location was just close enough to every venue that we wanted to visit and still had a secluded feel.

Superb location. Excellent staff. Nice breakfast, but it could be a bit more varied. The garden at the entrance is a good place for cocktails. Valet parking is a great relief after you have found the hotel.

The wifi was a bit unstable in our room. Soundproofing was not very efficient, both for external and internal/mainly door slaming and vacuum cleaning/ noises.

Beautiful property in an excellent location in Avignon. Rooms are very well appointed, and restaurant is exceptional!

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it’s great.

location is very close to downtown but still far enough for quietness. Room size is ok and clean. This a vintage hotel therefore do not expect anything fancy in the room besides the bathroom.

the breakfast could be better if it comes with more selection. Even it says a buffet but omelet needs to pay for it. The staff of check in counter can be more friendly and smile on their face.

Hard to fault it.

Fantastic hotel and amazing staff, I took my dog along with me and they were very accommodating. The hotel is well placed within Avignon and the valet parking was really useful.
