It was cheap. No other positives.

Tiny room, lousy neighborhood, inconvenient location, bad service, small, hard beds, dangerous shower, terrible overall. I wouldn't send my dog to stay there. Otherwise, no complaints.

Stayed in one of the apartments that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay 1 nights stay. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and bedroom combined in one space, while the bathroom was separate, which was convenient. The kitchen had all the essentials, including a stove top, microwave, fridge, pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery—perfect for preparing meals. A kettle with tea and coffee was also provided. If you need a hairdryer, you have to request it from reception, free of charge. There was also a fan in the room, an extra blanket in the cupboard, and hangers for clothes. The bathroom was clean and came with toilet paper and a small bottle of shower gel, though we preferred to use our own products. Towels and bedside lamps were also provided. The room even had a broom and duster to keep things tidy. The property offers private parking at the back of the building, which was a great plus. Checking in was smooth—upon arrival, we went to reception, where we were given a key and an envelope with all the necessary information in our language. Samuel, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. A €50 damage deposit is required at check-in, which you get back if there’s no damage. For check-out, if you leave before the official time, you can simply drop your key in the box at the parking gate. Overall, a good experience with a welcoming atmosphere. Would recommend!

- Towels smelt like curry- Very small amount of shower gel- All dishes smelt like egg, including the dish washing liquid and sponge provided- Bed sunk in but not that bad- Linen makes you sweat, so make sure you have fan on or window open for comfort

Even though the neighborhood was safe and not run down, we were very happy with the security of the building and that the parking was gated. The property looks new-ish and the room was clean and new. It was nice to have a kitchenette with tableware and cooking ware included. The bathroom was nice. The room isn't as nice as a hotel room, but we liked it better because of the tile floors which are cleaner than carpeting. The large-tank water heater is in the bathroom which assured us we would have hot water for a shower. Nice, hot water.

The room had sort of a dorm-room feel to it because there were no decorations/pictures on the wall but that didn't really matter to us. The room and property were a great value for a stay in Avignon. The towels were a little thin, but they were fine.

The best thing about this place is its location. It's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

Cons:Terrible customer support. We had issues entering the property and finding the right building. The support hotline was unavailable. It took us an hour and a half, with the help of local residents, to find the correct entrance and access the parking lot.The apartment was dirty.The floors were very cold.There were no dishwashing supplies, even though the apartment rules require guests to wash the dishes.I do not recommend staying here. It’s uncomfortable and unwelcoming.

the flat has a good size for a family. New. Good parking in the venue. Good price

The location- reaching the old town without a car could be difficult. There are some homeless people in the neighbourhood what gives a not comfortable sensation No air conditioner- extremely hot night. They give you so many rules that it seems they are making a favor in hosting you - not friendly.

No complaints! Clean, comfortable and safe. Liked the mini kitchenette.

It is a gated community and it would have been helpful to have photos of the entrance to know exactly where to go to gain entry.

Location was central and rooms were sizeable and clean.

Easy to find (although a lot of roadworks and construction near the building currently), clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Very close to the beautiful old walled area of Avignon

Ideal apartment for one night stay in Avignon. Residence is in close area witl limited access approx 15min far from city center. Personal ves very kind and helpfull. Parking was inside the area. Apartment was clean.

Nice apartments. We were passing through. We chose them because there is parking.

Terrible area, very dirty, garbage and dubious characters everywhere. Pay attention to the fact that you need to make a deposit of 50 €, it is returned but without it you can only move in until 19.00.

Bad

Zero hospitality. No AC makes it unbearable during the summer. The area is sketchy and building is not well maintained. Worst decision we did. Booked 2 nights and decided to leave after 1 night because we were not going to be uncomfortable for a second time

Gated parking

Quite far from the City Center, but OK. The area does not seem very nice. The room is quite simple and has no air conditioning. The apartment complex seems to be still under construction. The room was not very comfortable. All in all, The price is way too high for this hotel. Also, The parking is gated, but very dirty. When we left, we saw that a dog had directly taken a shit in front of our car and there was dirt all over the parking complex, which does not add to the experience.

The apartment was spacious and clean with modern installations. Check in was possible even outside hours of the reception.

We were travelling in June and the room was very hot. The reception is not open during hours you would expect (check before booking) which makes communication with the reception slightly harder. They charge deposit of 100€ which they state in booking conditions but I find it ridiculously high, we weren't charged anything but I still think that it isn't necessary. They for example expect you to take our all rubbish otherwise they charge a fine.

The apartment was quite a way from the town centre. It was not too easy to find.

There was no air conditioning - just a fan.
