The price was very reasonable, and the location was convenient. It had all the basic necessities for a short stay.

The room was a bit small, but manageable for a short trip.

It was available at a busy time in Avignon.

It was dirty, the shower head was broken, and other residents stalked us outside of our room, knocking on our window and following us when we left the room.

Location! Easy access to bus line into the city. The staff was very helpful! The shower was excellent and the bed comfortable. I felt safe in this place.

The bathroom could use a vent or fan because if was stuffy.

Heating, TV, location, facilities and parking was also good.

Had requested a non-smoker room as I was with a baby, and at the check-in it was guaranteed it was a non-smoker room, but the room 132 stinks terribly!! Worst room ever I stayed in Premiere Classe hotel-style!! (and I´ve been in the past in Formula1 and Premiere Classe in FR, so I can compare). Maybe other rooms also smell like that, Hotel administration MUST solve this!! Its something in the infrastructure, or the aircon, I guess. Doesn´t seem a problem of cleanliness but rather to lack maintenance for years!!! Walls were damaged, bad painted, and room was so tiny there is no way it is 12m2 as stated in the booking as you barely can´t move inside the room. WC is very uncomfortable and aged (seems like those tiny airplane toilets). Unfortunately it was very cold outside and sleeping in the car was not an option, but we had considered it as we arrived almost around 9PM.Avoid this place except you are just for one-night and you are so tired you don´t care about nothing else.

Comfortable and clean with ac. really good for the price and although the location was far from centre it was really easy to get there by bus.

Check in was simple

Rooms were dirty and noisy. The hotel was in the middle of an industrial estate. The rooms were riddled with cockroaches.

Free parking. Good air conditioning. Low price. Close to shopping mall where there is a supermarket.

Very simple room. Motel-like with exterior corridors. A small issue during check-in at a machine.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple, but nice.

The room was dark and only some of the light fittings worked.

No one could open the door on the second day, enjoyed great sunshine while waiting for staff go back to work at 5pm

The receptionist, Anal was amazing and could not help us enough.

Payment system needs updating

AC worked and we could get into room early.

Check in early with a vending machine which would be fine but room card got stuck and I couldn’t reach staff. Luckily, just before we left a staff member drove up and got us squared away. Just wished they answered calls or emails.

Comfortable room with suitable facilities for the price. Bus transport nearby. Manager went out of the way to ensure I had information I needed and in English.

Dirty, it's like sleeping inside a trash bin

It was super dirty!!!! There was animal pee under a bed. There was a dirty bed sheet under a mattres. Hair in the towels and bed linen. The bathroom door was disgusting, I don't think they have ever cleaned it. Bathroom curtain was dirty, old. A lot of dust over some places. I slept with my clothes, fully clothed. I even covered the pillow with a shirt. The sink was a bit clogged. For late check-in, even though I had already paid earlier, charged me 88 cents - what if I didnt have it? I went walking from the TGV station - don't take the shortest path indicated by Google Maps! The area is completely empty and not pedestrian friendly at all, very dangerous due to high speed cars. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in Europe.

Disappointing

Ran out of toilet paper, no soap in shower, no towelsBoth pillows very old and dirty, was able to use our own,Auto check in difficult to operate and see, too low down.

The room sice was ok.

The towels were nicely folded, but dirty and with a bunch of someone elses hair which was quite a disgusting finding. The bed felt pretty old and wasn't comfortable. at all Pillows were painfull, really hard.Way overpriced.

The recepcionist was polite and able to solve a problem

1. I was bitten all over by insects, it was truly awful. Luckily it only happened to me, and not to my 5-year-old daughter2. The room they gave us smelled of smoke, so we asked for it to be changed. They did, and the second one smelled of a nice perfume, but the sheets still smelled of smoke, which made our night unpleasant.
