Hôtel de l'Horloge

Although our room was right above the square with numerous outdoor cafes, it was quiet and we slept like a baby in our comfy beds!

The high tub/shower.?it was slippery and really needed a hand bar!

Tiny rooms. Hard beds with plastic mattress covers( sweat!). Front desk help but not competent. Breakfast foods not good.

It is a small boutique hotel with a lot of charme, right in the center of the city. A few steps from The Palais des Papes. The staff was delightfully helpful. I stayed one night but enjoyed it very much.

Staff is great, location is excellent

Rooms are tiny, uncomfortably so. Too small for a table even.

Beautiful and comfortable rooms, cute hotel with lots of corners of interest. My daughter had a room with an adorable balcony looking out over the rooftops of Avignon. The breakfast was delicious. Also the location could not have been better.

My room was next to a disco or some sort of bumping musical activity.

Housekeepers were speaking loudly in the hallway very early in the morning, horloge chimed into the late night hr.Odd configuration of room access and several few short steps to navigate with luggage

Toilet crammed in tight space. Reach toilet paper one must stand up, turn 90 degrees the torn bak 90 and sir again. Shower water spray puddles floor no matter how hard one tries

We stay here every year and they never accommodate early arrivals, not even by 5 minutes. Seems like a silly policy when the rooms are ready

Small room, intermediate steps,

Location was great, but it was so hard to reach the hotel by car. The room was extra small, but the staff was nice and everything looks very clean,

the access to the hotel by car, even parking to take out the luggage was hard. The room was really small. Not sure I will stay here again.

The staff were excellent. The location was very central and convenient.

The walls of the tub/shower were very high, making it hard to access. The tub surface was very slick and had no means to make it feel safer. There were no grab bars which would have at least slightly helped those conditions. I'm not handicapped nor with limited mobility, so that wasn't the issue.

Quiet, well located, comfortable. Every member of staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

Would prefer a shower enclosure rather than shower over tub. Coffee machine didn’t work well.
