ibis budget Avignon Centre

Location and staff. Service was excellent. They printed out a train ticket to Paris for me,that had arrived by email during my stay. Gave directions to places, gave me ice, when I requested it. Helped me with WiFi. Had maid service every other day, as I requested , rather than every day service.

Room furnishings were sparse with regard to a closet and a dresser. No ice machine.

It's IBIS Budget hotel, pretty standard everywhere, small and clean rooms, good breakfast. There is other IBIS hotel above bus station, this is 5 min walking to Avignon central station, but cheaper :)

After check-out we requested to leave our bags for 2 hours, they charged few Euros for that.

Friendly staff, good location

Smell in bathroom/ bedroom. No electric kettle, poor wardrobe.

Clean and location is good to old town.

Location was central. Most attractions of Avignon are easily accessible by foot. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Free parking is available along the streets. Rate for the room was affordable.

The room is clearly very small for 3 people. Once the third bed is deployed, there's little space left to move in the room. One of the toilet paper rolls appeared to have fallen into water and dried. A towel on the bed was not ok and the staff kindly changed it with apologies upon my request. I hope these were exceptions.

The place they provided was in the back room of their kitchen. Room was disgusting, toilet stinks. It was horrible.

This ibis hotel is a well run budget hotel. It is well located for someone who wants to visit the Palace of the Popes.

The location is great! And the staff at the front desk is polite and responsive.

The pillow wasn’t very clean, and my friend had a bit of a skin reaction the next day. Also, someone unexpectedly opened our door in the morning, which gave us quite a scare and violated our privacy.

Good location, very helpful staff, good value at a time when the theatre festival means almost no accommodation available in Avignon

Great location easy parking on the side

This is a Typical Ibis budget. There is nothing exciting about it, and €100 a night is a bit expensive for an austere environment.

WE DID NOT STAY. WE DIDN'T LIKE IT. TOO SMALL TOO DORM LIKE TOO STERILE. TERRIBLY OVERPRICED.WE WENT ACROSS THE STREET TO A FRENCH TWO STAR WITH NICE ROOMS GARDEN AND BREAKFAST FOR 50€ less

Great location, just facing the city's historical walls and super close to any tourist attraction. Very quiet despite the high number of guests. Very friendly staff.

The elevator wasn't working, and with trolleys, a 1.5-year-old baby, and her stroller to carry up and down 3 floors, it wasn't super pleasant. The breakfast was ok. Fresh fruits could be added.

Comfortable room although small. Brilliant location - just cross the road and walk through the gate into the walled city. Staff were really friendly. Loved breakfast and we ate the pizzas the hotel did both evenings as they were really good. They warned us a large party were in so that we could avoid the crush at breakfast. Parking was also very secure and only a few minutes walk away and you could park outside for 20 minutes to check in and drop off bags and do the same when checking out.

Room was small and so were the towels!! Busy road outside so couldn't have windows open.

Good price and location. The staff was very friendly.
