The bed comfortable, room clean

No way tò heat water for coffee or tea in room.

Fluent English speaking staff. Location in the centre of Avignon. The breakfast was varied and fresh.

The internet did not work throughout the week I was there which was not helpful. Whilst I appreciate the rooms are clean and basic a bottle of water would have been appreciated.

A fun little hotel, great location and friendly staff! Breakfast was really nice and a great value. Courtyard was very nice to sit outside and relax. Bed was very comfortable. Everywhere in Avignon was easily walkable from this location, including the train station.

Room and bathroom was a little small but manageable. Air conditioning wasn’t great but otherwise the room was what we needed for a short visit.

Hotel strategically positioned on south side right outside the ancient city walls and city center. Some parking behind the hotel and surrounding streets available. Breakfast available at hotel

The hotel is perfectly situated close to the 'old town'. A short walk and you are by the old town with plenty of restaurants and entertainment. The staff were all helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Everything was well and would not change anything.

The hotel is very well located, 8-10 min walking from the main bus and train station. Entrance to the walled city is almost in front of the hotel. Hotel rooms are quite small. We had sockets next to the beds. Beds are super-comfy and rooms are cleaned daily. They have high quality food for breakfast and croissants were better than anywhere outside.There is terrace with trees (exactly as seen on the photos) and indoor sitting area as well. AC was working perfectly.Staff was excellent as well.

Bathrooms are tiny but absolutely OK for the price

Room is ok, nothing special. The entrance of the hotel were not so clean, but didn’t really affected my stay.

We liked the location next to the city walls and near the train station. Breakfast was good with a nice outdoor patio.

The room was clean but a little small for two people. Breakfast was wonderful, staff were very attentive and welcoming.

After an overseas flight and the train from Marseilles, we didn't want to wait until 7.30pm for dinner. There was very little to choose from - we understood the limitations - and what we did get was overcooked. Limited amenities, very small room.

1. Although located outside the city wall, it's the farthest of the hotels from Avignon town center, a good 10-15 minute walk each way.2. Water doesn't drain properly in shower or sink 3. Bathroom very small4. They claim 24 hour reception, but there was only 1 person downstairs, cleaning and serving as the reception person5. There is another Ibis located next to the Avignon Centre train station. Definitely book that one to be closer to Avignon center.

I think the location is fabulous. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful.Photo is view from the terrace.

The bed was pretty uncomfortable, we booked the private apartment, it has a balcony/terrace. Only 4 plates, no desert bowls or lunch size plates and only 1 drinking glass. The TV is old definitely nothing smart about it and only 2 english news channels if you speak Englsh, so that was hopeless. The bathroom could of been cleaner.

Very loud you can hear everything outside your rooms IT smelled Like smoke the entire stay even Inside the room

Breakfast was fine; outside terrace was lovely but too many people smoking to sit out there

Tried to get a taxi from the hotel but it didn't show for 45 minutes; ended up arranging an Uber which showed up at the same time as the taxi. Taxi driver was not happy that we elected to go with the Uber driver.

Good location, reasonable pricing

I had a terrible experience with a staff member the first evening I stayed, she marched up to me and my friends (who were also staying in the hotel) and accused me of not paying for my room. She demanded to see my bank transactions and refused to contact booking.com to confirm payment. The entire experience was very upsetting, humiliating and all in all ruined my stay.

Had easily available free parking. Being close to end of town facilitated access to TGV station for us
