the manager plays excellent music in the common areas.I have stayed here for many years it's in a good location for my business purposes the staff is very friendly!

the hotel is a first generation ibis so the rooms are a bit small but they have been regularly updated over the years I have stayed there I really find no faults in this star-price range!

Incredibly convenient as an overnight stay with a secure car park. Staff were incredibly helpful in assisting with a few queries and requests.

The towels etc were a bit sparse and there was no kettle in the room. There was boiling water and a microwave available though for our use 24/7.

Hotel exceeded our expecations. It is cheap but very very comfortable. We came with baby and recepcioner gave us extra big room with no additional cost. Hotel has quite big private parking FREE.

Andrea was very kind and made our stay very comfortable. House keeping had forgotten to make our beds and she personally made the room for us.

Room was adequate for a 1 night stay, breakfast was good, lovely scrambled eggs.

Location was a lot further from the city than expected

The beds of the hotel were comfortable, it was quiet in the night and we had a safe parking space in front of the hotel.

Everything was quiet old and used, there was some mold in the bathroom and the breakfast wasn’t worth the price.

Friendly and smiley staff. Big, safe parking area. Great starting point to reach the old town in just a few minutes, whether by car or public transport. I really appreciated being able to jump into the pool after almost 10 hours of driving.What I loved the most though was the breakfast — honestly, it alone was worth the price of the stay! Amazing cheeses, pastries, jams… I really made the most of it!

The triple room was super small, but hey, that’s kind of expected in a budget hotel. At least it was quite clean. There’s no elevator, which I missed in the description — my bad.Now, a couple of things I think should be improved — just a heads-up to management:- Pool cleanliness. The water was greenish and really dirty, with floating clumps of stuff… it honestly looked more like a swamp in the Camargue than a hotel pool.- Bar prices. I paid €13 for a draft beer (and not even a fancy one) — seriously way over the top. Jokes are fine, but not when it comes to beer!

Loved the breakfast buffet and rolms were excellent. Location great as it is off the main motorway.

The pool area needs maintenance.

The welcome, the room, the breakfasts, the swimming pool and courtyard, the friendliness of the staff, the receptionists' ability to speak English, I could go on.

It's very oddly located, tucked away in Avignon Sud, easy to miss (and I did first time),.

we had a room on the second floor, the room was separated from the roof, very hot!the air conditioning did not work well and that was due to extremely dirty air passages, so it was impossible to sleep in the room.I really do not recommend a restaurant for dinner! We have never had such bad food in France... We ordered fish, we got some fish leftovers... We wanted the steak cooked, we got completely raw meat, after complaining the steak was cooked so that the meat was hot... The children's menu was ok: fries and fried fish from the freezer...We dealt with it with the staff, the chef first had excuses, when he was shown the photo, they offered us a free drink as an apology... Maybe if we were French, we would get better food!It's a shame...

Simple neat hotel and dog friendly. Location is perfect with good parking and a lot of trees and some green gras around the hotel. So perfect for us with a doggie with us. Staff was very friendly.

The rooms were basic, small and the air-conditioning cooling didn't work what was not so nice during hot days
