The location is convenient for people coming on foot from the train station. It is also easy to walk from the hotel to the main sites of the town. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with a window looking out over the back courtyard / parking area. There were extra blankets and the internet worked fine. The room was pretty basic but pleasant.The people at reception were extremely nice and helpful. I would be happy to stay there again.

There was no kettle or fridge in the room, although there were tea bags, hot water and a coffee machine downstairs. No milk, however. There was also an ice machine, but it only chugged out a couple ice cubes at a time.I found one pair of previous guest's socks under the bed and another pair in a drawer in the wardrobe.

Very helpful staff. Hotel about a 3-4 block walk to the Avignon Tourism office (many tours begin in from of the Tourism office). Room larger than many in France. Able to wash and dry clothes in the hotel for a reasonable cost.

Not something that can be "fixed" but entering the hotel does require being able to navigate about 8-10 stairs. Staff very helpful in terms of helping get suitcases up and down the stairs. There is an elevator once in the hotel but unfortunately the need to navigate stairs and to step into the shower would limit handicapped accessibility to this hotel for some folks.

Location was great. A short 12 minutes walk from Gare Avignon Train Station.

The room was in the first floor overlooking a parking lot. The curtains didn't closed all way and I felt someone was looking in. The bed was very low to the ground and very hard. I slept super uncomfortable.

Loved the location close to the train station but also within the old city walls. Easy walking to any of the attractions within Avignon, as well as unlimited dining options. Super friendly staff.

Loved it!! The nicest and most helpful staff in Avignon! Amazing people.It was quiet and cooler on the street with huge trees offering a canopy of shade that kept everything cooler. Lovely location.

Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and air-conditioned! Beautiful lounge with complimentary coffee, tea, water, and lemonade. Staff members are absolutely fantastic, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. We loved our stay!

I Truly LOVE this hotel. I stayed first time 31 years ago when I was quite young and it feels like home. Everyone is just so nice and interesting. Yes, no frills. But feels like five star with the terrace, the amazing staff, the breakfast, the library

The location was very good for visiting the main attractions. My wife is a vegan and when we told the staff at breakfast they went and purchased some soya milk for her. There was free tea, coffee and water available at all times in the reception area.

The en suite facilities were slightly awkward as the loo and bathroom were separate and there was no wash basin in the loo making it necessary to go from the toilet to the bathroom in order to wash hands. Okay during the day but not so good at night. Other rooms may be different.

We asked for hotel water in the room as there is no water heater and they brought us a beautiful tray with tea kettles and cups and spoons.

There is a big terrace out back, a small table in front and ample dining room inside, however when we asked if we could eat food from the grocery store on the terrace they said it wasn’t allowed to have outside food. Yet, the hotel book says the terrace is open to use 7am-11pm but apparently only if you buy food from them. So we are in our room which seems like a waste of a terrace and unfair to force guests to eat their minimal dining options for dinner. Not clear if you can snack on the terrace outside dining hours but they said “no outside food”.

Friendly staff. The room was clean and tidy. Off street secure parking was great.

Felt a little run down. Windows opened onto a shared balcony which didn't feel secure. No view. A different room may have had a better aspect. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Small double beds.

The toilet seat in my room was brioken.

Everything was perfect! The reception the best kind! It is in the city center! The comfort and the little balcony i loved! Parking also possible in a closed place! Thank you so much! Next time again there!

Great location great staff very friendly. Room quite old but worth the price. Great if you are there just to sleep.
