location near the palace of the popes and hotel de ville. a nice quiet small street.

The location is wonderful. Right on a nice street. The manager was very helpful and gave exceptional restaurant recommendations

The room was so tiny it was difficult to find space for the suitcase. It had the smallest bathroom I have ever experienced.

Firstly, a very warm and personable welcome met me at reception. (So busy chatting were we that i never caught the names of the owners.)Help was volunteered and given to get my bag up the three flights in this historic building.I was generously given an adaptor and quite some time was devoted to helping me try to solve an e-mail problem. Storing luggage after check-out was not a problem. The room was immaculate, tastefully and creatively decorated and was very comfortable and homely. I had a wonderful view of the roofs of Avignon intra muros.I was furthermore given an excellent recommendation for eating nearby.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this delightful hotel - a high point of my week.

Horrible verry small all verry old the owners ask alot of personal questions verry unplesant verry uncomfortable the bathroom is something i have never seen is extremley small you cant even sit on WC that small it is if you have claustrofobia i totally not reccomend

the gentleman at reception was very pleasant and helpful with showing how to get to the car park.

The room was small, but the toilet and shower area was a smaller unit then you would find on a car ferry bedroom room.If you were about 6ft tall and weighted in at 95kg you would not have be able to use the toilet.

Great location and very effective air con. The host was very welcoming with good advice about the town.

The bed was not great.

Old tradition room, we came with a child. But administrator told that where is no bed for kid, so 3 of us slept in 140 cm bed. :)))))))

Good central location with close access to bars and restaurants. Also parking was very close by and not over expensive. The staff were very helpful and polite

Small and basic room in need of updating and refreshing.

It was extremely close to the Papal Palace and nearby parking. The hotelier spotted my extremely less than adequate French and right away gave us a detailed explanation of the city, some extra sites to see. My husband and I were quite thrilled with this!

If I'm gonna be a peach, the internet could have been a bit faster, but that is honestly something that was quite common with many of the hotels, not special to this one.

It's in an old house, sure, but I still think the layout could have been better. Especially the bathroom - it was more of a makeshift.

AC didn't seem to be very active but we opened the window and it was fine

Location is in the center of old town, very conveniet to walk around, lots of shops and restraunts nearby. Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel building has hundreds years of history. The room is quite characteristic.

The bathroom is very small, the sink is tiny. Need to hold the shower head when doing shower. There is no lift.

Near to everything including car park pedestrian entrance /exit on same street. Powerful shower though tiny cubicle Ok for an overnight stay where you just want somewhere to sleep

For the price charged there was nothing to fault.

Small hotel close to the city centre. The host was kind and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage as we arrived early. Basic amenities were offered, the room was clean, all in all a good choice for short stays.

The room was tiny, especially the bathroom was a challenge at times, but we knew it beforehand.

the hotel is very close to the palais de papes, very nice location

the rooms are small and not very clean. the bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. Overall, the price was definetly too high for such a room.I would not have minded if the room was half the price I paid
