The room was too small and I could hardly could get around, the TV wasn¿t working properly even after repair, and the window didn¿t have a net to protect against insects.

A five star hotel that is rated two stars. It is located right in the heart of old town and has beautiful rooms that are spacious and modern. I wish we had stayed more than one night.

The room smelled strongly of mildew and there was visible mold on the A/C vents. (Combination of a cramped bathroom right next to carpeting, and no bathroom ventilation.) If you’re immune-compromised or sensitive to mold, stay somewhere else.

There are steps in the units. It is a bit dangerous at beginning.

Our reception at the hotel was welcoming, and there was a safe place to store our bikes. Our room was large, wifi worked well, and the location was excellent.

The elevator was old and a bit wonky, but no big deal at all.

It was located in a central location. The train station was only a short walk in distance.

Our room was not reached by an elevator. We had to climb 3 flights up It was a workout! It required some lifting with our luggage!

We stayed in a lovely room that was very clean, nicely decortaed and well equipped. Sat out on a terrace where there was also wifi access so I could do some work from there overlooking the rooftops and tree canopy. Staff was friendly and location was great. We only had one night and were able to explore a lot of Avignon on foot from the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Breakfast was ok, it was nice to sit out in the courtyard, but a little expensive for what it offers. Next time I might grab a croissant and coffee round the corner for half the price!

All was really fine. The room was somewhat small, but I think quite the norm for European standards (at the price). A/C was included, as was coffee, tea, hot water kettle, and fridge. No real complaints--nice view of the small inner courtyard.

Clean and nice upgrade. Close to Avignon Centre and everything else in town.

Shortage of usual supplies (eg soap) - but had to go to shop, they couldn't be bothered. Building site!

Near bus and train stations I went for bus trips to Uzes and Isle sur La Sorge

Excellent location, 4 minutes from train station and 7 minutes from main square for all tourists attractions. Cute decorations in hotel.

Very narrow stairs. No elevator. A bit battered hotel.

I loved its central location being no more than 10 mins walk to all the popular tourist attractions, main train station and all the bars, restaurants and shops. All the staff I met were very polite, friendly and helpful and my room was clean, warm and equipped with all I needed for my ideal 4 night stay.

The room was spacious, comfortable, great bathroom and vibe.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere and a cosy bar at the entrance. Near to the station - 10 min walk - and to the city centre. Nice yard with chairs. Good bathroom.

In the corridor and the room there was a burning smell like of plastic. Got better when I turned of the heating. Room is fine but a bit small for staying during the day.
