Pros +
- Nice atmosphere, lobby beautiful with soft lights
- The Staff was very helpful with explaining and answering all questions to newly arrived guests.Clean sheets and towels were handed to me right away(I hope I wasn't charged for it,didn't check yet).Very walkable location, train station just 15 min away.
- Reasonably convenient to the main train station.
Cons -
- Room for our group size was over the garage and it was incredibly noisy late at night and early in the morning making sleep difficult. The bathroom glass doors terrible for light. so bright and it wakes the entire room at night. Breakfast overpriced.
- The drunk Octoberfest guests were just allowed to be loud and unruly. No signs with curfew in sight. My room smelled like dead feet, staff never came to open windows as I requested(thank God it was unlocked)Drunk guests came in room loudly turning lights on.
- Not really a hotel. More of a hostel. Rooms are like college dorms. Very expensive for the stuffy and bad smelling rooms. Beds were very uncomfortable.

It was the cheapest place in the area. In walking distance to city center.
The room was very small and very warm. If you opened the window it was incredibly loud and it was impossible to sleep. If you kept the window shut it was hot and sticky. Parking garage is difficult to access.
