- The staff were amazing. For some reason when I clicked the address and it took me to maps, it took me to the wrong place. I called the hotel and the woman at the front desk guided me over the phone on how to find it, a 20 minute walk away. Amazing service
- Location to Oktoberfest. Breakfast a great value. Staff friendly except for maintenance guy.

- Parking an issue. A/C didn't work and maintenance guy claimed it worked and left.
