- fron my arrival to my departure i never experienced a more friendly and more guestfriendly hotel then novotel munich city the next time in munich again the only place to stay.
- It was relatively clean
- Excellent staff. Best breakfast I've had at a hotel OR a restaurant!
Cons -
- my stay was better then better.and more then excellent.
- Due to family emergency, I had to cut my trip short and return home 3 days earlier. Hotel has not given me refund for 3nights. I understand my booking was non-refundable, however I had family medical emergency . Otherwise, I would have stayed.
- The water temperature in the shower did not remain stable.

It was relatively clean
