Garner Hotel Hamburg Nord

good location, good price

beds were squeaky - kept us awake

Excellent location. Public parking possibilities if you cannot get hotel parking. 24 hours access to drinks and snacks. Close to fast-food restaurants. Various choices for breakfast.

Limited availability of hotel parking. It is impossible to reserve hotel parking spot in advance. There is only heating available in the room. It is fine for the winter, but don't know how it will be in summer.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean

The area isn't the best one regarding metro connectivity, but there are bus stops nearby

Very new budget hotel.New and clean facility.Friendly staff.Good breakfast.Comfortable bed.

Single bed room had no table. There is some work space at the entrance and basement.

Clean room , welcoming staff

Room is tooooooooo small

The room was excellent size for two adults and two children. We fell comfort during stay.

I didn’t find entrance luggage ramp

Everything was fine: Testy breakfast, comfortable room with nice pillows, parking.

Perhaps the Bathroom was tiny

Clean, comfy, great design, parking space, the breakfast was really good and fresh.

The price was ok, could have got 10-20€s less, then i would always stay here whenever i am in Hamburg.

The room was clean and cozy. The breakfast was tasty and good options.

Convenient, not far from the airport. The facilities were ok, modern, easy access and clean.

The room I was in was very narrow, not much space to put luggage.

Very nice international breakfast. Breakfast room was clean, wide and light. Room was small but silent. Very nice bathroom, everything was new and clean with minimal design.

Good

We were 3 to the room which made it very cramped for space! Barely room to move around with the couch converted for sleeping for 3rd person.

The room was nice and the hotel itself was lovely. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Had a few issues with bugs in the bed and bathroom. The hotel is also quite far away from the station which was not a surprise as such but the on going roadworks make the walk to the station longer with diversions. This also means that getting a taxi becomes longer and more expensive with added diversions

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The rooms are small but very efficient, depending on which type you choose. For a business trip where you only need a place to sleep, it’s an excellent choice. The breakfast offers a little bit of everything, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Small, modern, clean hotel. Bed was comfortable, breakfast selection was good. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Though not worth paying 5€ for their parking as back street is almost empty and free.

Location is in a bit of industrial zone

Nice small hotel, rooms are small but very lovely. Friendly staff. Good coffee at the reception for 2€

No closet in the room, which is ok for the price and short stay

Location ok, basic facilities but clean and comfy.

Staff could have been more helpful. After a long ride we were told we couldn't park our bikes onsite. My friend was told he couldn't have some water from reception as it was for guests, maybe something lost in translation!

Staff and breakfast were great.

Slightly further out from centre/train than thought.

The staff were brilliant. I arrived late and there were no parking spaces. But the staff arranged for me to use an EV space for a small fee.

Car park was smaller than expected.
