Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg Speicherstadt

Very well located and central, we walked to the Christmas markets that we wanted to see.

Receptionist was little odd and did not greet me when I entered the hotel to ask information about the parking entrance, she indicated the directions to the parking garage but forgot to mention that all parking spaces were available for guests, including the free ones for handicap, that was the majority. So we ended up parking on the big parking lot across the street that ended up being much cheaper anyway.

Lovely staff and pool, room amenities are great

Sometimes we feel to hot due to heating

Location, modern facility, comfortable

Lower your expectations on staff, revolving door We had 2 different rooms, each with their issues. It took a bit, but problems were resolved.Bring some patience

The apartment had everything we needed, the space was very well designed and very clean. Helpful front desk staff. Right next to the U1 and only 2 stops from the main train station.

Everything was great.

The views were lovely, and the room was very clean and well laid out. The seating beside the window was particularly nice in our suite.

The instructions for the kitchen appliances could be more user friendly, pool area small for the hotel size

Breakfast was goodLocation was great Room was good

The front of house staff reception

Nice location, clean and nice pool

Price seems a bit high, but was reasonable

Approximity to the city center. Everything in walking distance. Stylish spacious modern room. Friendly staff.

Spotlessly clean and great facilities in the room

Third bed wasn't super comfortable

The corner suite was lovely. The kitchenette had a microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, all required cookware and a clothes washer. The bathroom had a walk in shower (that we had to request as many rooms have a shower in the bathtub). The buffet breakfast was very good. The location was 5 minutes from the Rathaus square, the S bahn, and the main train station. We will definitely stay here again!

Location was good. Washing machine with drier worked. Facilities were functional and as described.Pool and gym were excellent.

TV no mirroring or Netflix. Apartment functional but not homely.

Location, room, breakfast

We stayed at the Adina Apartment Hotel Hamburg Speicherstadt as a family and had a very good experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the spacious, clean rooms with a kitchenette made our stay very comfortable.

A few staff members appeared a bit reserved (could be more friendly with a smile), but the check-in experience with Mr. Tönnis was outstanding.

Only the location

The staff are the worst,Specially the people after midnight, they are aggressive, no respect, not polite, the way they treat you is the worst ever. They think they are from another planet. I had a problem with the AC, and they did not believe me. I paid €349 a night and the AC had a terrible noise. I informed them, they said just open the window!! It was noisy, they did not care and claimed they can’t do any thing. The next day the moved me to other room. The AC was even more noisy. At the end after three night stay and paying almost € 900, I asked for refund at least for one night. The lady at the front desk who was the only person understanding the name is Lee, did a refund of €120.

Location and room was perfect! Also enjoyed the pool and gym.

Nothing I can think of.

Clean and quiet. Nice breakfast.

We were given a one bedroom apartment that didn’t match the pictures or floor map of the apartment. It was very small without enough seats (2 adults, 2 kids) or dishwear. As we checked in in the evening we got the last apartment which was the smallest. They moved us the next day after we raised the issue but fit was a big inconvenience for us. We were given one free breakfast to make up for it

Lovely bed, well decorated, great staff and great location, thoroughly recommended.

Good location close to center and walking distance to most. Used the hotel before and will use again. Room with good facilities for vacation or business.

Could expand the menu a little to include a simple sandwich.

Clean, very updated and decorated beautifully for Christmas. Staff were welcoming and happy to help. We even got Christmas chocolates for the kids.

The heating in the building was very hot. In the room the thermostat was available in each room to turn down the temperature however the rest of the building was quite warm. It had been cold outside so it’s understandable.

Great little shop, good layout and spacious, well appointed rooms

Lifts sometimes didn’t work but it wasn’t an issue, more complimentary water would be good.
