I was scammed. I paid the room rent twice, by cash and by card.

Credit where credit’s due—the housekeeping staff deserve a solid 10 out of 10. Honestly, I wouldn’t have been surprised to find them polishing the air. The room was spotless and magically reset every day like some sort of hospitality Hogwarts. The bed was comfortable—like, “Oops I accidentally napped for four hours” comfortable.Location-wise, it was pretty sweet—close enough to public transport that even someone with my sense of direction (or lack thereof) could make it into the city without accidentally ending up in the next country.
The room was small—like, “I’ve-seen-bigger-elevators” small. If it had just been me, I could’ve managed by doing the occasional sideways shuffle. But with two of us? Let’s just say we were one sneeze away from becoming conjoined twins. There was no air conditioning, just a lone fan doing working as hard as it could. Bless its little heart. Now, the bathroom—oh dear. Calling it a "bathroom" feels generous. It was more like a phone booth with plumbing. And if you needed the toilet, you had to engage in a full-blown tango with the door. Step to the side, quick spin, raise a knee, duck your head—and maybe, just maybe, you’d land on the seat. Not for the faint of heart or inflexible of limb.
Close to train station. Quiet and well maintained
Not in the bustling centre of the city
Good, affordable. Small, but ok single room.
Location is very good, the room was comfy and clean. Excellent stay!
Our room was small, but very clean, which is the most important thing. The staff was kind and welcoming. Also the location was very good. The cleaning service was also very satisfying.
Not all the personnel working at the reception had a good level of English. Also, the cost of the breakfast was a little too high.
Beliggenhed
Elevator didn’t work. Very smal rum. Very bad breakfast.

The hotel is beautiful. Very well decorated. The staff were welcoming. The location is fab, right by the train station and walking distance to everything you need.
The room stated a large double bed however we had 2 single beds that were pushed together which made it more difficult to get comfortable.
Everything was fine except one of the receptionist's behavior
One man, receptionist's behavior. He was very strict and no welcoming at the beginning. His attitude was like a teacher at the classroom to teach something to a little child in a not pleasant way.Need more training for receptionists for customer service and be kind and smile during check in. He was thinking he was doing a rocket science when was with computer. He seems to be agitated and too busy and tired.

A 4-star facade masking a...
My recent stay at the Park Hotel Hamburg left me feeling utterly deflated. It was meant to be a relaxing trip, but instead, it turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me questioning how this establishment earned its 4-star rating. From the moment I approached the check-in counter, things felt off. I was greeted by a gentleman who seemed to be in charge, but after handing me a form and a cursory glance, he abruptly left to smoke outside. While I understand everyone needs a break, leaving a guest mid-check-in felt incredibly unprofessional.A other staff member eventually took over, and while she was pleasant and efficient, the initial impression had already soured my mood. When I finally reached my room, my heart sank. It was nothing like the images online; smaller, with a completely different layout, and lacking the amenities I had specifically booked.Disappointed, I returned to the reception area to explain the situation. To my dismay, the same supervisor was back, and his response was shocking. With a dismissive wave and a condescending tone, he declared that all German hotels were like this, essentially implying I was naive for expecting the room I paid for. His words stung, especially his attempt to categorize and stereotype an entire industry based on his own hotel's shortcomings. "I'm not a tourist," I countered, "and I've stayed in many hotels across Germany. None have treated me this way, and it's unfair to paint them all with the same brush."The other staff member, bless her heart, seemed to understand my frustration and tried to be helpful, but the damage was done. The supervisor's attitude left a bitter taste, making me feel like an unwelcome guest rather than a valued customer.Adding to the frustration, the room itself was subpar. The bathroom was cramped and lacked the lock, the mattress was uncomfortable, and housekeeping simply re-hung used towels instead of replacing them.
Comfortable beds, clean bathroom with good shower.
Seemingly incompetent room service (left only one of two towels *twice*, woke us up on departure day despite Do Not Disturb sign and didn't want to take no for an answer).Bathroom was a bit run down, the building in general could probably do with a renovation.
excellent location near train/subway station.
Bathroom a little small for a 4 stars hotel.
Location was good, decor modern and pleasing and amenities were ok.
Room was small with 2 suitcases it was hard to move around the room. It aas warm despite being a cool weather outside, we had to sleep with window open. Beds were not that comfortable they had a plastic under sheet like hospital beds. Lighting in the room was lacking.
