Boston Hotel HH

This is an elegant four star hotel with a lovely lobby. The junior suites that are relatively large and well appointed in a modern style. The hotel is better located than it might appear on the map given its proximity to the S-Bahn and a short trip to the city centre. It is also easy to get a taxi or an Uber, also to get to the airport or central station. The hotel is slightly recessed from the main road with most rooms located on relatively quiet side streets.

I was initially given a room right next to the elevator that made it difficult to sleep the first night. But when I mentioned this issue, I was accommodated by being moved to a nice apartment immediately adjacent to the hotel. But I had to remind the staff to have the room made up as I was actually a hotel guest. The gym is minimalistic but there is a nice sauna. The neighbourhood around the hotel is largely residential with most shopping opportunities an S-Bahn ride or 10-15 minute walk away

The room was very big, clean and nice with good view. The staff was very friendly and nice as well, great location, amazing bed and sheets. Thank you

Very spacious room, exceeded my expectations. Bathroom was big and very clean!

The bed was on a platform a little bit higher than the room itself. Forgot about that when I went to pee in the middle of the night.

Basic hotel, in all senses. Thankfully there was a parking garage.

Reception seemed bothered to have hotel guests - strange.

Hotel is quite dark and is ageing. Kitchen facilities in the room with no equipment at all so were useless. No air con which made very humid days more difficult.

Inflexible staff. One night staff can sell drinks in bottles other night other staff says no big possible at all. OverpricedNo minibarNo room service means you cannot order drinks to your room after 11pm even when you don’t have a minibar

Very spacious room. Nice bathroom and friendly staff

Rooms were warm and opening window let the smoke from the street come in

We had an XL room that had so much space, our young daughter was able to run around to her hearts content. The sofa bed was already made up for us when we arrived. We had the bonus of a small balcony with a nice view. Check in was very quick and friendly. The bar and lounge space, although we didn't use it, looked very comfortable and inviting. Amazing location too near to plenty of action though not in the thick of it.

Big room

Room service came in without knocking on the door. And there were silver fish in the room.

Central location close to S-Bahn, value for money ok

Room was big but seemed sterile, very empty and without decorations. Facilities in poor maintenance: Sink was leaking, balcony door was somewhat broken. Staff seemed a bit clueless.
