Nothing Everything is very bad

No cooperation from the staff especially the old woman in the reception

Noise in and outside, you can hearing guests speach next door.

The location was great. Staff were friendly.

We didn't realise the toilet was shared. However there were 3 toilets and all kept clean.

Perfect location right next to the station and very friendly and competent staff!

To be honest nothing , I thought it was close the center but I didn’t like it because to many addict around ,

Toilet was shared shower in the very outdated , no view from the at all, looking out from the window you see janky injection drug under your window , property need to be updated ,

Very outdated. And not a fan of a shower cubicle in the middle of the room.

Didn't take up the offer of breakfast, due to the reviews. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Three of four staff allowed me access to the kitchen to make tea, as there were no kettles in rooms. Needed an unplanned extra night's stay, which was easily arranged.

Rooms too expensive for offering shared bathrooms and difficult access to the hotel. The stairs - a climb to reception and another climb to the rooms - need to be fairly fit, especially with heavy luggage. No lift available. No kettles in rooms to make tea - - one member of staff objected to my use of the kitchen for boiling water. I didn't like having to hand back my key every time I left the hotel - - I paid for the room therefore I am entitled to have the key for the duration of my stay.

Location is close to the central station which is very good

The bathroom is shared (not in the room) - This was not obvious at the time of booking.We selected the hotel because of car parking - but that is not included in the rent - there is public car parking close byThe location of the hotel is not in a nice part of the cityThe pillows smelled bad.

at the advertise we expected 15m room, the window against to a wall, the soundproof is catastrophic, the bedsheets are dirty, we asked staff for toilet paper, she said are you sure there is no paper in the toilet? There is only one key, when we temporarily left, the key must be given back, there is no privacy and security

The property is old and in an area that could be mistaken for a red light district. Strange people are standing around the front of the building. Once buzzed into the building there is an ugly old staircase to the right and it takes you to a floor where the “hotel” is. It is like one apartment that has been converted into a hotel by splitting the rooms off. The only toilet is shared between god knows how many rooms and there is a gap between the door and the floor so everyone in the check in area, hall and possibly the nearby rooms can hear everything. The room was not cleaned properly, the floors were sticky, there was dust everywhere and like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The woman at check in yelled at my friend for not checking in when I went to collect her from downstairs. They also require you to hand the key back to them every time you leave the hotel.

15 € fee for a dog

The location is good when it comes to using public transport, as it's 3min by foot to the central station.It's a very affordable price. The rooms are basic but all that you need. Note: the shower in the room is literally a shower cabin (not a bathroom). So if you're travelling with friends you might prefer to use the shared shower facilities.

The surrounding streets are quite dodgy. I am a female traveller who planned to use public transport but chose to use a taxi in the evening , just so I didn't have to walk alone through that area. Fazit: I would not choose a hotel in that area again because of the vibe in the surrounding streets.

Fantastic, super-helpful and kind staff at the reception - 2 different people, both among the kindest people out there.FANTASTIC LOCATION - truly 2 min from Hamburg HauptbahnhofEverything was really clean and tidy, no bad odours, non-smoking rooms, my room was towards a quiet yard. Very practical and felt safe.

The only really positive thing about this hotel is the location. Really close the hbf hamburg

The beds were terrible, the shower in the room was just a build in cabinet, the noise on the street was pretty bad and it didn't matter if you closed the windows. Also shared toilets are not nice

Sketchy people and loud all night long

I don’t know why it’s got such “bad” reviews. Very friendly staff, very clean and close to the train station. 15€ to bring dog, which is okay. Neighbourhood is what it is, but like a hundred meters away there’s a long restaurant/bar street that’s really nice and vibrant. I would stay here again next time, thanks!

Neighbourhood a few blocks away feels a bit sketchy, but maybe im just getting old?
