The neighborhood can be intimidating

Staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. That's about all the positive things I can say about this hotel.

The hotel is located in a rather unpleasant neighbourhood.While in my room I wasn't bothered by any sounds from the street, every sound made in the hallway was capable of waking me up - whether it came from other guests or hotel staff.Bathroom was clean, but it took me 20 mins to figure out how to get the water in the shower hot, and even then it never progressed beyond lukewarm.The bed had a strange orientation, with the 'headboard' being along the long side, and the head and footends being in midair. Next to the bed was a rickety sidetable that felt like it could break down any moment.Breakfast was a sad affair.

Maybe just the location but I didn’t like nothing else.

There were drugged people sleeping in the middle of the street at the hotel’s door and prostitution was going on there too. They didn’t clean my room or change my towels. I had to ask 2 times for changing my towels. And there was a weird and awful smell. Never going back again there.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was also great.

Out of the hotels control, but the square by the hotel was a little seedy. We were a big group so always felt safe but I'd be a little worried if you were alone.

Property was clean and close to transportation.

Room had all that I needed and it was very clean and warm.

Good location, great breakfast, nice staff.

We had to ask a few times for the room to be cleaned even though we had left the green sign on the door.

They had a good breakfast that was served.

The area is really bad. As a woman travelling alone i do not recommend this hotel. Outside on the streets were lot of hard drugs using and people standing in groups. I felt scared.

Very helpful staff and a safe place for our bicycles.

I was pleased to arrive at the hotel and find everything in perfect order. The room was nice, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was pleasant. The breakfast did not disappoint. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, as well as the historic Speicherstadt and Rathaus. This made it easy to explore the city’s key attractions.Overall, my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for its service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

The room was fine. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good but nothing amazing.

The nearby area felt a little shady after dark.

It was clean

To expensive for what you get. Room which we got looks different than the one shown on booking. Bathroom very very small, you can't turn around or place some stuff.

Em... Not much to be honest, the room was big enough and the bed was comfortable

Well... Most of it, company got "a virus" and I received text message scams about the booking trying to steal my personal details.The location was what locals classed as a "Drug Den", i saw many people taking and doing drugs, overall felt unsafe walking alone outsideThe elevator took you between levels which means if you are in a wheelchair the "accessible" elevator took you between floors and you would still need to go up or down 5 stairs.

Room was quite tidy. Breakfast good but it was every day the same. Location is quite good, since it is a few minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof.

The area was a bit sketchy at times, I think I saw prostitution and drugs near the property.

Location is good for business travel. breakfast was ok, and the loft room I stayed in was really good.

The location environment was a little run down.

The location is conveniently situated near the center, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is adequate, and the facilities are clean.

The neighborhood isn't great. There are homeless people and drug users near the entrance...

Disappointing

The area is not pleasant and had I been alone, I would have felt unsafe. Not too far to better areas for dinner and drinks though.
