Very tastefully decorated room. Delicious and very varied breakfast. Excellent location near the Alster and the train station with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Location is perfect. Near Lange Reihe with plenty of restaurants and 10 min walk to train station in a safe environment. Only a few steps to the Aussenalster.

Rooms are relatively small

The hotel was in a perfect location and our room was beautifully decorated in a French style. The lady who checked us in was wonderfully friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom could use an update but it wasn’t a major issue.

We only stayed one night because we needed to meet some family that was visiting, but the stay was comfortable and very clean.

Room was quite big and decoration very good. It was warm. And location is good 15 min walk to underground and central station. Around hotel there is cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Breakfast was good. Stuff are very kind

This hotel actually has character - a physical key and human service. Christina was particularly kind - I am minded to leave this review as there had been a particularly unreasonable guest whom was very hard on a very hard working team. Look forward to returning here - was a charming place, not far from key attractions.

in a nice calm neighborhood full of cafes and restaurants but quite far from the centre.the hotel sits in a nice old building with high ceiling room.

dirty bathroom full of hairs. Asked for cleaning it and nobody came! Or they just changed towels.you can see it feels cheap everything falling apart in the bathroom. overall you pay 4 star hotel but stay feels two star. disappointed really and would avoid it.dogs of the réceptionnist walking around during breakfast. ridiculous )))

The heat didn’t work very well

The location was very good, close to everything we needed. One receptionist was extremely kind and helpful – she even walked with us to the garage and helped us park the car, which was not easy because of all the construction work around. We really appreciated her support.

The room was cold and the heating didn’t work the first night. Although we informed the staff, it was only fixed the next day, so we spent one night freezing. The room was also not clean – we even found hair in the bathroom, and it didn’t seem properly cleaned. The room was smaller than described in the booking, and overall it didn’t match the photos. Another receptionist was not very friendly or helpful compared to her colleague.

The slow elevator and low ability to gain early access to the room.

Comfortable bed and good TV.

The isolation was very poor, we could hear everyone talking outside the window as well as outside the room so the sleeping was not optimal. Also the room was super extra small. Definitely not worth 200€ a night. Not to mention that the shower could be cleaner.

No safe or fridge which I expected given the price of the room. The room was very small. Air con didn't work and although I asked for help I didn't get any. No extra bedding, I had to ask for extra pillows. Although I had a coffee maker there were no makings, again I had to ask. Expensive hotel for what I got

It' a nice place with character just a block away from the center and the lake. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Maybe the room and batroom were a bit smaller than i expected.

This is a quaint hotel in a great part of Hamburg - lots of restaurants, bougie grocery stores, and wine bars. Very LGBTQ friendly. Very welcoming staff. Lovely back yard. Excellent breakfast.
