I should've stayed longer

Very clean, great breakfast and very friendly staff!

We had a minor water draining bathroom issue which was corrected immediately after reporting it.Other than that nothing else comes to mind.

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast offered was of good quality, though I found it to be slightly overpriced. It would be more convenient if the room included a refrigerator and an electric kettle. The parking facilities were excellent, spacious and easily accessible. Additionally, it would be helpful if the meats and cold cuts at breakfast were labeled, so guests can identify the type of meat being served

The staff where allways very helpful and made you feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble. I asked for a ground floor room because I am Disabled and they provided me with a room large enough for me and literally just next to the dinning room. The breakfast was well worth the cost and you hade sutch a choice from a crooked breakfast to salmon fresh fruit just but to name a few. Eavning meal was excellent and of a fair price, and the service was excellent from all the staff. From the chef in the kitchen to the chamber mades. I would recommend thix hotel. Thank you for making our 10day stay so comfortable and homely. Busses run every ten minits to bergadorf train station. I surgested a walk around the park by the hotel and a visit to the castle in the town if bergadorf.

The only thing I can falt, and that was there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. But that is my only surgestion.

The pillows are terrible. No facilities available (minibar, Kettle, etc). The internet connection is average.

Old style hotel, super classy and clean. It is a pretty beautiful place, very charming. There are many parking places. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is quite expensive and the pillows are something like a cushion - not comfortable at all. Would be nice to have the option for a normal Pillow under international standards.

Great hotel. Cozy and silent. Services were great. Bed was comfortable, room and all over hotel very clean.

Breakfast (19.50e) is quite expensive. Restaurant looked cozy, but again quite expensive, but there are plenty more places to eat ~10min walk.But its everyones choice.

Hotel is elegant and comfortable. The bar and breakfast room was cosy. Staff were very friendly and helpful.I slept well.

I realise Hamburg is an expensive city, but the room price did seem a bit steep and having to pay extra for breakfast was disappointing. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room was surprising. Hotel is quite a long way from Hamburg central, requiring a bus and two S-Bahn trips to reach the centre.

Very good breakfast. Nice renovated hotel with a good restaurant that is open late. Rooms and bathroms nice but lacks that ekstra (minibar, aircon, toilet products etc.). Overall just barely OK value for money.

WATCH OUT and BEWARE! Misleading with prices for double rooms!

Misleading Pricing – Beware!I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel's pricing on Booking.com. The listings for double rooms are misleading, particularly regarding breakfast inclusion. When searching for a double room for two people, the first two options appear to be the lowest prices, both without breakfast (refundable and non-refundable). Breakfast is listed separately at €19.50 per person.However, the next two options, which seem to include breakfast, are only for one person, despite being priced at nearly the same amount you’d expect for two (€39 to €40 more than the non-breakfast options).If you don’t catch this detail, you’ll arrive at the hotel only to be told that your booking is for a double room for one person, and you’ll be charged an additional €27 for the second person plus €19.50 for their breakfast—an unexpected extra charge of €46.50.After checking multiple dates, I believe this is intentional, as there are no options to book a double room for two people with breakfast included. I’ve reported this to Booking.com.

Hotel is super cosy, clean and green

Very classy hotel, conveniently located when traveling past Hamburg (to Denmark). Friendly staff, nice breakfast.

Very nice and spacious room. Wide beds. We really liked the mosquito net in front of one window because it was very hot that weekend.Breakfast did look very nice with a great variety of options.

Very nice beds and room. Nice shower and the breakfast is very good. Really nice hotel with a very nice decorated lobby to enjoy a cold German beer.

Fire alarm went off in the morning. But luckily fals alarm.

Hotel is good, nature around hotel is exceptional!

Alarm woke me up in early morning, during my stay there (two days) it happened twice to ring alarm!Also, I think it needs to have at last one bottle of water in the room!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Furniture is a bit old but still functioning. Breakfast buffet was very delicious.

very good hotel! very comfy and cozy! if you have a car then it is a very good option to stay outside of city’s buzz and to relax and have a good food and good sleep. to drive to downtown just about 15mins.
