The room was clean and spacious.

There was no hot water during the whole stay. The traffic to get to the hotel by car was terrible.

A fantastic value for money!We had a really great overall experience at the Leonardo Hotel Hamburg Elbbrücken. The room turned out even more spacious than we expected and was nicely and functionally furnished. There was a fridge, nespresso machine (Tchibo) and complimentary water. Check out at 12pm was appreciated. We especially enjoyed the bathtub and the complimentary private sauna, which was a wonderful touch.While the breakfast staff did start packing up a bit early and the beds were a little firm for our taste, these were minor points. The team at reception was very welcoming, and there’s free parking at Penny, which was convenient. The location is so so (metro 20 mins walk & bus 7 mins walk). Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

The room was super spacious and clean. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good. But by far the best thing about the hotel was the sauna! Private, clean, well equipped:)

The hotel does not look nice from the outside but once we entered we were pleasantly surprised. And the parking was too limited and its space too squeezy.

We chose the location based on our needs. Market near the hotel. Parking next to the hotel and behind the market reserved for guests. Excellent and very varied breakfast.

The heating was off upon arrival. The bathroom didn't heat up until the next morning.

The room was clean and we had a sunny morning within.The staff was mainly kind, but seemed overwhelmed. The breakfast was little crowded, good choice of food and drinks.

The parking possibilities were explained, but the whole plan isn't great. We wished that the staff be more welcoming to guests with cars, because it is important to leave your vehicle in a safe place. A lot of streets nearby were under construction and getting there wasn't that easy, but this isn't hotel's fault. In some hotels guests are congratulated for their birthday (even without any extra or gift). Since we arrived at my birthday I thought this may happen, but sadly - it didn't.

Clean and efficient. Good breakfast. Close to Elbebrucken and Elbehavn quarter, so good location for business travellers.

Room was bigger than expected, nice and clean. Breakfast was good, but coffee could be better.

We didn't like the neighborhood, many "suspicious-looking" guys around.

Management of pricing and service...

I booked this hotel for two nights. At reception the room price was higher than on Booking.com, and the receptionist told us to book online for the cheaper rate. After booking, she offered us a Superior Room for €10 more, we accepted and processed the payment by card, and after that, later said it was actually €10 per night, so in the end we paid the same as the original reception price. It was a bit confusing.Also, we asked for fresh towels (both by hanging the sign on the door and through the tablet in the room, but nobody replaced them.Overall, the hotel was okay, but the pricing experience and service were disappointing.

The rooms are nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The location looks like it’s in a dodgy area next to some sort of youth center with loads of misbehaving kids around.

Free parking, walking distance to 2 S-Bahn stations (10 mins), close to highway, Penny supermarket next door, good soundproofing, modern and clean room.

Coffee machine in room was not working properly, only dispense a little water each time. Confusing to drive to the hotel due to construction work.

The location is a bit off, Radisson Blue with 8,9 point was the same price and had had better location.

Very nice, clean and spacious room. A shop nearby. And free parking available.

The location wasn’t close to the city center, but it was OK because there’s bus running. The trains were going at night, not too noisy but could be heard.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed, very good breakfast, high-quality restaurant for dinner, reasonable price relative to quality, easy to reach by car, possibility to park our car in the garage at small extra fee

The neighborhood doesn't seem to be the best one of Hamburg, but that is not a problem if you are travelling by car and using the hotel as a stopover for one night
