Central location. Easy to find. You can park your car for 8 EUR per day. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

Could be larger. Heating could be better.

I would also like to say that I really appreciated the friendly staff at the front desk.The hotel’s location is very convenient and easy to access, and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel.Thank you very much.

I would like to kindly mention that housekeeping entered my room at around 9:00 a.m. while I was still resting. As this was before check-out time, I was a little surprised.Thank you for your understanding.Very sorry for my comments

Lack of electric kettle, and the fact that they change towels/clean rooms every 4th day. Not many options to buy and drink/eat in the lobby

Today I checked out of the room 221 after spending one night in it. Unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing

The cleaning

Spotlessly clean, good location to public transport and bakery/coffee shop. Peace and quiet at night

Great location :) 2 min walk to subway station. Breakfest was ok. Very quiet neighborhood. Parking available at the hotel.

Quite small room. There is no electric kettle in the room.

The smell in the room was terrible, hotel clearly lacks cleaning quality control.

The staff was friendly and it was walking distance to the underground station. Clean bathroom and clean bedsheets.

Smells of mold and dust and si gusting smell which makes you want to throw up and if you open the windows it is too loud from outside. I think the carpet has never been cleaned since they placed it.

Great place, comfortable room and bed. Everything looked clean and fresh. The check in process was easy and fast. There's additional breakfast for 13 euro

Ultimately I think it's a bit expensive for the provided services but I guess that's just Hamburg

Nice comfortable Stay , Walking distance from U bhan station. Bus stop was nearby . Very good location , well connected from Hbf . nearby many resturents . accessible via short bus ride .

Breakfast is bit expensive . We did not had breakfast . Nearby bakary is available . Cleanlyness can be improved and bit .

Hotel is s bit far from the city center but a metro station is just few hundred meters away. Big but paid parking. Comfortable bed, air conditioned room.

Location is good. Staff is very friendly and the room and stuffs are clean and in good condition.

The room is very small for 3/4 people. One of the mattress It was very soft and uneven, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Very large family room which easily accomodated all 4 of us and even had a table for four to have a snack at. Room is newly furnished.

Hotel is far away from downtown - some 25 mins by car on a weekday afternoon so maybe not ideal for city exploration. Parking price and electeic charging cost not communicared by hotel. There are 10 22kw electric chargers available which, however, are quite expensive - same price as fast chargers on highway so in the end not a real option. Other than that, jotel offers very good price/quality ratio esp..for a one-night stopover.

Generally very quiet, clean and comfy bed, excellent breakfast, great central location for transport - U-Bahn station Habichtstrasse (U3) is 5 minutes on foot.

Clean, nice staff. They having electric car charging stations.

Really small room for a family of 4 and the shower with very low power. Not very practical. Breakfast was just normal.

Large AC room, easy check in, friendly staff, plenty of towels.

Nice and clean. Quiet in rooms not facing main street. Good bed.

Great location, only a few minutes walk to the nearest station. Store also nearby for groceries. Rooms were clean and perfect for what we needed. Staff were friendly.
