For late check in there was an additional service to go inside

There was no slipper but it is general matter in Germany

The hotel was clean and quiet, just 11min walk to Harburg Station.

Free wifi, clean, comfy, nice rooms, great location, polite staff, one key for room and front door. Very easy, very safe.

I liked the hotel's friendly atmosphere, nice breakfast and clean room. This is my second stay here, so I can say that I like this hotel. The location with respect to the university and the S-bahn is great.

I didn't like that my room on the ground floor was a bit noisy in the morning, so I could not sleep with the windows opened, which I preferred being that it was nice and warm in Hamburg. I assume that the rooms upstairs are a bit better with respect to this.

Rooms are not very isolated from sound. We could easily hear people in the room next door.The beds were not super comfortable, but it was acceptable for one night.

The size of the room was generous. The location is very good. Paid parking closely, public transport close by and if needed, supermarkets etc also within walking distance. Staff are friendly.

The room has no fridge or coffee/ tea making facilities. If people speak outside and the windows are open, you can hear everything. If windows are closed, then it's OK. Unfortunately there's no AC, so the room tends to get warm with closed windows, but it's not a deal breaker.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast seemed small at first but it had everything I needed. The noise level of the outside shouldn't scare anyone away, the windows blocking great!

The room had signs of late reparations, they could be finished with a few minutes of painting.

Room was very clean. Self check-in was convenient because I had a massive train delay. The stuff called me to make sure I got the code. Room was also bigger than expected. Amazing restaurants nearby.

- No airconditioning so it was hot on that night. I opened the window and it got noisy. Could hear trains and cars passing by.- Far from Hamburg centrum. S-bahn takes over 20 min.

Simple but fine hotel, in the center of Harburg next to the cafes and restaurants. Good Wi-Fi

Far away from the city but has affordable prices and clean which is perfect for solo travel on a budget

The room was clean and newly renovated, some renovation was still to do.

A little disapointed about the variety of breakfast, but it was still good.

The hotel is very close to the S-bahn station and easily reachable. It is a small, cosy, family ran hotel where I felt very pleasant and calm. It is also quiet and I could get a very nice rest in the evening. The breakfast is very good!

I liked everything. Just the street the hotel is in, is a bit dark at night.

Helpful staff, close to public transport, comfortable beds.

No shutters on the windows facing the road.

The sheets when we checked in had a blood stain on it. Thankfully, they changed it the following day upon our request, but it was a god awful experience to see it and have to sleep in it for the first night since we checked into the room using their lockbox system!
