Hamburg Room

Very clean and tidy. Don't let the area mislead you. Hotel was a very quick 2 block walk from the main train station! Fantastic!!

Hard to find since hotel wasn't clearly marked as expected. We had to walk around the area for a bit and then we took a chance and entered a building and wandered around before we found somebody to help us :) It was fun though...

Easy check-in, cleanliness, two big washrooms! Comfortable bed.

Clear instructions on how to go to the room. It provides the room name on the last screen during self check in. But that room number is not mentioned anywhere in the stairs.

Location was good. Bed sheets and towels were clean, complimentary water Tee amd coffee was nice

Shared bathroom , no hangers in the bathroom.Because we booked the last day the price compared to experience was too much

Good every day clean all things

I think this property need one elactric microwave because this is family room we have a baby where we can milk warm /Others baby food warm this is too tuff for family ..

Great location easy to find and so close to the train station had an issue getting in to the place and could not get in to the room reception did not pick up phone or messages it was by chance a cleaner was coming in to the building and sorted it out massive help. The rooms could do with a coffee and tea facilities but apart from that great place

All is there, very basic, neutral atmosphere, very quiet inside, also the guests. Every room has a town name, not a number. After I got the room card I went from room to room with the green sign and tried if my card worked, until I found my room. c;',

Everything in hotel was not good. Location also it is close to everrywhere. Communication with the hotel staff is easy. Rooms are all good and silent. Price is also good for the night. Check-in machine system was really good.

Check-in system is not so good if you came early you need to wait until 3 p.m. there is no option for that. I comunicate with the hotel but they did not help me to the solve the problem. I wait check-in time. Rooms are a little dusty also ı cannot say it is clean. Care about the neighborhood when it is nights.

The room was good and just 5 minutes walk from U bahn

They should mention the exact location of where the rooms are. When you check in they have mentioned the details and attached a picture(map) but that is wrong. Just mention that the rooms are next to the club why showing something else on the map?

Very poor

Location was horrible and no facilities and false advising of the room

The room was large and tidy.

You need to visit a different location to conduct the check in. Luckily it was close by but not clear this was required. I would not recommend staying on a Fri/Sat as the club noise may be quite loud.

Location was very good and the staff was kind. Room was alright and seemed clean.

Reception was only open in the afternoon. No possibility to store luggage to explore Hamburg without it. Wifi was really slow. Walls weren't soundproof and the street as well as the neighbors were perceivable in an unconvenient manner.

Very comfortable bed.Shared bathroom and toilets are super neat.Close from the train station.A lot of restaurants and bars nearby.Supermarket also down the street

Walls a bit thin, you hear other people but it's supportable.

When you what booking, its okay, for Montage workers single man.

Personal, not very quied when serv the rooms, talk german, under level. Room booking complicated, but men on Rezeption, very nice helpfull.

The neighborhood is a bit scary its above tue SLUTbar, but we had an ok night there

Horrible

Room was very uncomfortable. Thin walls (you hear everyone outside of your door) and it's above a night club which you hear quite well, all night.

There was no own toilet and badroom kitchen and recepion Room is not clean cleaner coming knock door Every 30 minut from morning 8:30 to 10 :00 it was

The guy at the reception was very nice and the facilities were good.

The reception is not at the same location as the room. It is maximum 5 minutes walk away which is fair but you only find out once you reach the room.

The room was clean and despite the checkin service was a few hundreds away from the place I stayed, everything was OK. The place is very close to the central station and I can confirm that it was a good value for money stay

They had kettle and tea treat on the photos but there were neither a kettle nor a tea gift. But that is not a big deal compering the cleanliness of the room because this is a must for me

It was clean and nice room near the train station. The batroom and restroom were also clean.

I can't say that the neighborhood was nice. The hotel located in the Arab quarter and if you are a woman traveling solo, you may feel uncomfortable here, especially in the evenings.

Nice comfortable bed at a decent price. Very clean toilets

Room can be very hot in summer with no air conditioning.
