Very comfortable beds and very clean room. Amazing view of the river. The continental breakfast was plentiful and very diverse.

No WiFi, no air conditioner and no way to contact the support staff. We have to go all the way to the reception for every small need.

Air conditioning still not working… paid superior room rates. No water no coffee in room rip in the curtain dirty towels and coffee cups left in the room. Iron promised on first nights stay still waiting for it to turn up on last morning…

There is no air conditioner so in summer room will be fresh only in the night opening the windows. Rooms are not property isolated from the sun (in July the sunrise is at 4.00 am in Hachenburg). There is no Internet...cause of that... hotel is absolutely not a good choice for business travel.

No WiFi in room so couldn't attend meetings, very little reception of mobile network in lobby so couldn't use mobile hotspot for office work this was a major inconvenience. Not having a functional air conditioning was also major inconvenience as outside temperature was in 30c.
Great views across the River Elbe. We chose this hotel as our sons wanted to visit the Airbus factory nearby. We were a little concerned at it being on the south of the river but there is a ferry dock very close by and making use of the convenient and regular ferry service became an added bonus to our break.
