Good connections to the city, both trains and buses

The staff on duty wanted to offer me a different room with share bathroom for 2 drink. When my booking was private bathroom. I feel like it is because of my color or Race

staff and cost.

At late hours around entrance there are strange people.

Bed comfy, room clean, did not need to use stairs, staff were very excellent & accommodating. Very nice windows and light. Pretty quiet room, amazing considering its on a busy street. The location is good in that it is near the train station and Kunsthalle, but the street (Steindamm) is very busy with foot traffic swarming and a lot of people just hanging out, which was unnerving at first although upon reflection probably not unsafe. Lots of multicultural markets and shops nearby.

Would have liked a hot water kettle in the room and a mug to use. Bathroom pretty tight. Street scene a little unsettling but probably okay. Bedside reading light could be better.

Location is walking distance near the bus station. It is in a rough area where there are lots of people in the street, and you will feel unsafe. The building is old, the elevator is small and old, going to the room is scary. The room is dusty. Everything here is old and dusty. Few minutes of checking in and getting inside the room, I had to book for another hotel, and we left this place. It triggered my asthma, right after entering the room.

This hotel is like a scam, making people believe that it is a decent place to stay. This Hotel is old and yet it is not properly maintained and cleaned.

In the downtown

Not super clean, they dont provide slippers for bathroom.

Me and my family stayed there for two nights. What I liked the most was how clean the room was and how friendly and helpful the receptionist was. The room is simple but comfortable. The location is very convenient if you need to catch a train or metro since it is 5 minutes from the central station. There are shops and restaurants at the main entrance of the hotel.

The thing that is not so convenient is the fact that the elevator stops in-between floors, so if you have a luggage or stroller, you need to carry it. Another thing is the location. Since it is very close to the central station, the area is very crowded and noisy. It is not comfortable for a family visiting Hamburg.

An excellent location, close to the train station, theatre, museums. The neighborhood is busy and somewhat noisy, which worried me, but I was pleasantly surprised to find my room very quiet. The staff is congenial and charming. I enjoyed my stay there very much.

The hotel is located a short walk from the main train station. Super easy to stay one night and catch the train to the airport the next morning. Lots of restaurants and shops walkable as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok but cost was high for what you get.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is perfect for catching the train from the Hamburg Hauptbahnhof. The staff is super friendly and really goes out of their way to keep their guests happy. The beds are very comfortable and the private bathrooms are a real bonus. The street is noisy, but the windows fully block the noise.

The location is very close to the train station and many nice restaurants, but it is an extremely crowded and noisy area, and you need to be very vigilant and watch for pick pockets.

I was worried about climbing stairs, so they gave me a room, accessible by the elevator.

That I was only able to stay, for two days, because I made other plans previously.

Locatoin is close to HBH , Staff is friendly , There is an elevator .

The street of the hotel doesnt feel safe especially for women because its filled up with Junkies 24/7. The Room service knoed on my door and woke me up at 9 am to clean the room then closed the door again , he should have waited till I check out at 11 before invading the room , I found that very unprofiessional . The walls are also kind of thin I heard some people caoughing in the other room . The interior feels kind of old school and nothing fancy about it ,

Location was outstanding and breakfast was really good. Room size was good and bathroom great

The lift was extremely slow and always stopped at reception, even if you didn’t select to. The lift also only opened onto the landing between the floors, so be cause if you are trying to avoid lifting your luggage / stairs.

Hotel is situated in 3 minutes from Central railway station and Central bus terminal (ZOB).The room was very very clean, warm and suitable.The stuff was very gentle. Especially Hamid - he has explained me about the city, the most interesting places and how to reach them.Very good and tasty breakfast.I suggest this hotel for travelers who need to stay near bus or railway terminals.

A little but difficult entrance. So I don't suggest this hotel to people with limited fisic capacities.
