The area does not always feel safe

Great location, very helpful reception team, clean and neat.

Due location in the middle market, little noise there incase windows open.

It's very close to the Central Station so it has immediate access to a lot of public transportation. It also has a Penny store next to it. We could control the heating via the radiator and the mattress was decently comfortable. The staff we met was also very helpful and nice.

The room was in bad condition - the carpet was dirty, the wall had mold on it, there was a cigarette butt on the bathroom floor when we checked in and the place missed basic amenities (like a glass to put your toothbrush in, a cupboard etc). The elevator is very strangely situated between floors and was a constant smell of smoking.

The room was clean and the location was perfect for the train station. there were restaurants nearby. The staff were always helpful.

The room was suffocating and the location was too bad outside we have charged fine when we parked at the front door to get language from our car and the bought parking was far

Very bad surroundings , smoky air with bad smell of sigerates and other things even inside the hotel rooms

Somehow we didn't really feel safe there. The neighbourhood is very crowded and dirty and smells of drugs. Long stairs to get to the reception which was not easy with two children. The bathroom was very small with clogged drains. Couldn't take a proper shower even.

The shower wasn't as clean as would have liked on first night. It was however, cleaned the next day and all was fine.

Convenient location as it is close to the central station

Despite of being near to central station, this is a messy and noisy area.Breakfast was very poor. One day I went for breakfast at 7.10 AM and most of breakfast was gone without more topping up althoug the breakfast just started from 7.00 AM.Bathroom facilities are quite old with very weak water for shower. It is very smelly from air coming in from windows which are always open by hotel once they cleaned up my room.

Really close to central station, walking only takes 1 minute. Penny is just across the road and if you love middle easter food, there are plenty of options downstairs.

Although secure, the area is somewhat dodgy. Can still hear people shouting and drunk in the early hours. Of course they won't go into the hotel but it's still noisy sometime.

Best tv and internet in Germany! Even though the borough is not the safest spot in Europe it's a short walk to the train station; the room I've been allocated was on the top floor and I frankly did appreciate it.

Maybe a person carrier on the entrance steps? Yet, I've been helped with my luggage by the personnel.

I had to make break to my tour, due to a sad unexpected family occasion, and the staff were so helpful in enabling me to go to it, and then resume my trip

A fridge in the room would be nice

Great location. The main train station is around the corner. Don’t worry about the crowd in the street when you arrive. We parked the car in a nearby carpark.

All was good enough for the value of money.

The hotel itself was nice, with friendly and helpful staff, including a welcoming receptionist. Our room was just what we needed for a one-night stopover before continuing our trip. The beds were comfortable, the room was big enough for the three of us, and while the bathroom was small, it had a good shower and was as expected. Overall, the staff were tremendously kind and accommodating, which we really appreciated.

The main drawback, however, was the location. Unfortunately, the street the hotel is on did not feel safe, particularly for a family. The entrance was small and not easy to find, and we felt uncomfortable lingering outside as the area seemed rough and not family-friendly. It is not a place we would feel comfortable going out for a walk in the evening. Because of this, while the hotel itself was fine, the location is a significant downside for families.
