Location Cleanliness. Room space. Very good value

Staff not overly friendly and we asked for more towels but had to find our own.

Great location with easy access to lots of sight seeing, restaurants, museums and activities. Good size rooms with basic kitchenette. Comfortable beds and large bath. Most of the staff were very friendly. Washer and dryer were convenient for us since we stayed a few nights and had been on the road for a while already. The windows were quite sound proof (nice since church bells close by), but could be opened - a pet peeve of mine.

Requested higher level room but only managed to get 3rd floor. Seems like there was a big group for some New Year's event that took priority. Garage is expensive and was a mess but it's being fixed/renovated - it was nice however that they even had one. Some deferred maintenance.

Stayed here for the second time without thinking twice. Great location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

GOOD BREAKFAST SPREAD. WELL EQUIPPED ROOM, SPACEOUS AND CLEAN. VERY GOOD LOCATION ACCESS TO METRO AND PUBLIC TRASNPORT WITHIN WALKING DSCTANCE

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions and the harbor. The restaurant downstairs was excellent (totally recommended), with very good food and service. Breakfast was varied and tasty, with plenty of fresh options to start the day.

The gym is located outside the hotel, and during weekends it’s not free for hotel guests. It would be great if access were included at all times. It's quite normal to travel during a weekend and be able to train without paying 15 euros just because it's saturday.

We've been welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Really lovely to see as hotels seem to have lost caring, interested staff. He welcomed our dog, offered bowls and if I remember correctly a bed but we had everything so didn't use it. The room. Was spacious and a big bathroom with actual space which we appreciated! One night we had dinner and it was lovely as well. The location is perfect and very walkable but also well connected with public transportation.

This was the best hotel I which we stayed during a 3 week vacation. The room was exceptionally large with every amenity necessary for our comfort. The staff throughout the hotel were professional and kind. We thought the restaurant was also exceptional. We generally to do take many meals in a hotel restaurant but we enjoyed quite a few here.

The gym is super nice and the bedrooms are big and comfortable. Staff is warm and friendly. It’s well located.

The gym can be used for free only in the morning.

The registration at the reception went very smoothly, efficient and welcoming.The room was superb, bedroom for my daughter and her student daughter and smaller separate bedroom for me with communal lounge, ideal for togetherness as well as privacy when needed. Cleanliness excellent and staff service great. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous, Food fresh, choice of hot and cold dishes vary varied and delicious. Service by staff excellent and friendly morning smiles much appreciated!

Perhaps a bit more light at entrance to hang coats, shoes and bags.

Cleaning could have been more thorough: e.g. visible mould in grout of bathroom.

The hotel is in a quiet location, and it is easily accessible to various transportation options. You can easily reach the hotel by taking one train line directly from the airport. There is a lovely cafe right over the street from the hotel. The hotel room was clean, and if you need, you may access a minibar with different drinks (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) and snacks. Breakfast is a classic continental breakfast (pancakes were the best). In other words, everything is kept simple.

A classic issue, a more thorough room inspection for a clean before we arrived could be better, as there was a weird stain in the bathroom before arrival (I cleaned it afterwards), yet I cannot complain as I arrived quite early.

Parking lot is very poorly lit.

The hotel is ideally located and the Miniatur Wonderland is within walking distance as well as the hop on and hop off location. You can visit the pier for the harbour cruises also. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery shops close by as well.

Good locatie, clean, nice room.

More than €300 per night and €26 for breakfast are both ridiculous !
