NH Collection Hamburg City

Space, clean

Service, location

Great and clean room, the attention of the staff, the location is close to the center.

I liked the size of the suite. I liked having 2 TV's even though I didn't use them both. Only 1 English Channel - BBC News. We were walking distance to grocery shopping and there is a good restaurant on the corner and a corner store with good coffee

Pricey breakfast.

Staff were very helpful.

It was a new style hotel with no carpet. The room was too cold, and we couldn't get it warm enough. Otherwise, no complaints.

nice upgrade to Suite Staff

it's a bit far from everything even though it's centrally located

Staff went above and beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable.

nice location

Close to public transportation. Really nice room.

They let me checkin early

Room was slightly outdated

The location is great as it's near the U3 station Feldstraße which is close to some of the major attractions and a short ride into downtown. We reserved one of the more spacious rooms with the 'living' room. We really enjoyed the extra space. We also booked the room with breakfast and found that there was quite a bit of variety. As vegan/vegetarians we were pleased to see vegan 'ham' and oat milk readily available. The vegan options were still quite limited but compared to other hotels, already more advanced.

Everything was great!

Definitely the location. Centrally located with a very nice neighborhood - bars, restaurants, lovely stores. We had a suite which was very nice, clean, a balcony wirh a good view and very comfortable.

Everything’s fine.

Extensive range of breakfast foods, good variety! Very pleasant, helpful staff

Bathroom size was not great!

Location was great, rooms were clean and comfortable

I have stayed in this hotel before, and once again was not disappointed. A very large room with an extremely comfortable bed, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Parking very convenient right beneath the hotel.

Friendly stuff , clean rooms, safe place

Everything was perfect

Good room size, friendly staff and good location.

The hotel is conveniently located near Messehallen station and Hamburg Bunker St. Pauli. There are many nice restaurants and supermarkets within the vicinity of the hotel. I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Check in was easy. The room and bathroom were very clean. Bathroom fixtures looked new and had plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was stable and strong. I also liked the staff there, they were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of fresh bread, vegetables, jams, cheese and etc. They were all very nice. I had a good experience with NH Collection Hotel Hamburg City.

Everything was fine.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were very friendly and attentive.

The Aircon didnt work (or was not obvious enough to use correctly). As a result, the room was very hot overnight and we had to open the windows to get cold air in

The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The gym, sauna and rooftop area were excellent. The location was great as it was close to an area with lots of restaurants.

Location and staff were great. We got an upgrade and were made to feel comfortable with our little dog. Thank you!
