The hotel is clean and modern and comfortable. The staff were all kind and welcoming. The convenience store in the lobby was great.

The location was where I needed but it didn?t offer anything to walk to. No restaurants or shops super close. And their restaurant was closed the whole weekend. Made it hard to get food.

Only saving grace was friendly staff.

This hotel was similar to a Best Western. It was in a questionable neighborhood with betting offices everywhere. The room was small with tired and outdated decor. The bathroom was a complete safety hazard, tub too high and slippery.

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good and fresh and the parking is free also the view was beautiful.

receptionist refused to print out a receipt for me when I checked out, and she lied they would mail it to me, but in fact never receive the receipt. receptionists was not friendly at all.

Breakfast costs - full price for children only eating a few items. Room cleaning was per request - I did not request but could have had the towels replaced regardless.

Breakfast and breakfast area staff were good....the Reception staff were also good.......bedroom was very comfortable......a nice quiet area....all staff were very helpful.....I would have no hesitation in staying in this hotel again...a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop......and a 8 minute walk to the nearest U Bahn stop

I am not a fan of having a shower by standing in a Bath tub....it can be dangerous ..,,I much prefer a walk in shower.. or a stand alone shower......very people use baths in present times....,,a total waste of water

Staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. Especially the guy who worked in the night times during the weekends.Sauna Area is amazing.

Maybe the furniture and style of the rooms a bit, but what do you expect for that price. Its great for the price.

Public transportation and super markets are near by. Most of the tourist places with in Hamburg city reachable in 30-35 mins by public transportation.

On the positive side, the breakfast room was pleasant, and the offerings were good. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to the subway, which made getting around simple.

The hotel shows its age, with some areas feeling a bit outdated. Additionally, the cleanliness could use improvement to meet expectations. Overall, it was an okay stay, but these aspects might need attention to enhance the guest experience

Very expensive price.Parking was without a single light and was very dark at night.Unfortunately, the furniture and the hotel in general were relatively old and outdated.

Friendly but still professional staff, always with a smile. Special mention to Daniel, Fabian and the restaurant waitress who I can’t pronounce her name but moved back from Berlin.

Close to to city centre.

I was asked to pay for dinners I never had. We were treated like liars and felt accused by the staff because we questioned the extra charges for dinners we never had. We were made to wait while they were looking for their mistake. While waiting, they still kept showing us the list of what someone else had consumed but this was charged to our room. After what felt like an half an hour of waiting, back and forth conversations, they called the restaurant which someone from there had to come down to the reception and confirmed, it was someone else that had dined and not us!They apologised in the end. We accept that mistakes do happen and that's no problem. However, being made to feel like we were lying, in front of other guests in the lobby area, it is not acceptable.
